Excellent device that takes the pressure on neck pain. Put it on and I would start at 50 pumps of the bulb inflator and slowly add series of 10 more pumps until I reached my maximum of 100 pumps. Great stretch and leave it on for 5 minutes or longer to get the maximum effect.

Works great taking off pressure that I can feel built up in my neck. Only thing is the ball part you pump it up with comes off easily but I can deal with it since it works so well.

I have pain from occipital neuralgia and this takes the pressure off those nerves. It feels so good! Device is comfortable , and easy to use.

For years I have suffered with neck issues. In the past 3 months the pain was becoming unbearable. I went to my primary care doctor because of many concerns besides pain. Main one being severe tingling sensation on the right side of my head/face/neck, the worst being inside my ear. My pcp ordered all the needed testing, while waiting for the insurance approval she suggested I use this. She said she uses it, showed me on her Amazon account, I searched and bought before we finished the consult. I have had a lot of improvement. The pain is under control, the tingling improved by at least 50% to the point that is manageable. Yes, I know there's still something serious going on...but while we go through the insurance hurdles I got relieved. I wish I knew about this sooner.

This is recommended by my PT - and MUST be from a PT or ortho, showed me exactly how to use it. CAUTION with your neck, BE SURE TO CHECK WITH A PT OR ORTHO FIRST PROS: For me after being shown how I should use it from my PT, VERY effective to alleviate pinched nerve caused tingling, a God send for me, told my ortho who said others with bulging disc pinched nerve had good results. CONS: I personally worry people will use this without a PT consult and shown how to use properly. With anything with the neck be VERY cautious. Find a good PT and make sure this is safe and right for you.

The device came in a timely manner and looks exactly like the description. However , it does nothing for me. It chokes me with the straps and I feel no relief. It’s easy to put on and set up but for nothing bc I’m choking the whole time lol. The straps are adjustable but it doesn’t matter bc once I pump the device is even covering my ears. Overall light weight.
