Don't buy it because it's very hard to assemble and they provide with that service. Along with that, the screws don't work well. It's jammed. 0/5!

I faced huge challenge in assembling the product. The holes are mostly not aligned to fit screwes. If you fit 3 screws the fourth one cannot be fitted as holes are not created in proper positions. The back rest part is very thin and prone to get damaged easily. Only 2 screws can be fitted for this part while there is option for four. The sitting base is ok. Wheels are really good. I think this product architecture needs to be revisited by manufacturer.

Product quality is good and value for money but very touch and poor in assembling the backside due to angle of bolts with chair... I only managed to tight 2 bolts of one side after spending 1 hr..but can't return as thrown the packing box before trying assembling chair.

Not discribed as per amazon.As per apex infinitive home office( No.AM-5031)back of chair shows flat 100-110 angle ,which is comfort me to sit.But received item look like model No.AM 5009 EEZY.Base of chair as not finishing.lost money.

There is no proper manual instructions for assembling the chair.By looking at Youtube videos, I tried assembling the parts. In the course I found1) L-Key provided to tighten the screws was of wrong size, so purchased new L-key for hardware store for the purpose (Paid Rs.30)2) Screw holes are not aligned properly. Had to take whole set to local fabricator to get the seat stand drilled extra. (Paid Rs.200)Consider the amount of time and efforts spent in assembling the chair.With regards to comfort, can easily say that this chair is not suitable for long sitting.I will recommend "DONT BUY".

One of the wheels is not fitted In Properly and now the chair doesn't move properly. Unfortunately, I threw out the box and can't return it now. Will see if the warranty by manufacture will help. Will update if I get any support from them.UPDATE (5-aug-2020): Today the wheel broke off and my kid fell off the chair. He was lucky that there were no sharp objects nearby when he fell. It was frightening. I am still waiting for a response from the manufacturer.Update (5-aug-2020 _2) : It is hard to find the customer care number. However, once you get it, they are prompt and quick in resolving the issue. They fixed the wheel and the chair is good now.Increased the rating to 3 from 1. This is for the bad quality check from the factory and the worst packing of the product.

Chair handle and back support are not good, both are made of poor quality plastic. Edited on 6-Nov-2020: Disappointed with the quality. Earlier I highlighted that back support made with poor quality plastic now it is broken. No idea where to replace it. :(Updated(09-Nov-202): Got contact details from apexchair.com they are very supportive. They don't ask any stupid questions, just ask me to send invoice and pictures of the chair and agree to send back support with out any extra cost. Very happy with support and service. Now waiting for delivery. . . . . . .will share update.

The chair parts were recieved in a compact box. Easy to assemble although need one extra person to hold the parts. Seat cushion and back support are good. The chrome finished star wheel looks nice. It's been 3 months since I bought. Happy that I made this purchase.One issue I can tell is that the elbow support will start hurt after using the chair for few hours. But for this price range that is understandable. The seller can give options to opt in for better elbow support.
