Excellent diamond compound
This is a quality product. I am able to polish my EDC knives to a mirror finish and an amazing edge with this on a strop. It easily works on M390 and Magnacut as well as lesser steels. One syringe will last be quite some time. I highly recommend this product.

Worth trying out and see if you like them. For me, they have worked out better than I hoped for !
I'm am growing quite fond of these compounds. They were quite well. I am an amateur using them. I have watched a jeweler on Youtube polish up a ring, so I had an idea of how to work with them. They have done amazing job! I got the three variety at first to try them out. I have since then bought more. I've used them on glass and jewelry with my Dremel. I wish I knew more, but it's one of those things learning as I go. Highly recommend. It would be nice to see a quick instructional video!

Accurate, effective but syringes could be better.
Effective stuff. I take my blades up to 3000 with ceramics then to these pastes. I apply the 3.5 and 1 micron to kangaroo strops then the half to some bulsa wood. I’ve done 2 dozen knives with this stuff now and I believe this is worth the money. It does work well. I’m sure there’s better out there but this was my first time playing with pastes. I usually use tapes clear to .1 micron. But they tear so easily and it gets costly replacing them so frequently. So loading a strop was my attempt at avoiding tapes. I’m very happy with the end result of these pastes and look forward to other product offerings. So as entry level stropping goes, I believe this paste does its job well. Only gripe, the syringes allow paste to get out around the plunger and waste a bit.

Works great... after some trial and error.
This does work great but I had some trouble at first. My final grit when sharpening is 10,000 and at first my strop loaded with this compound was leaving bigger scratches on the edge, which led my to think this compound is lower grit than it claims. However the problem was in how I was loading the strop, now it removes the 10k grit scratch pattern. I'll try to explain how to load the strop. First it needs several hours or better yet overnight to dry. When I first loaded the strop I used a few drops and a plastic spatula to cover the strop surface and then let it sit. This didn't work. Now I use a few drops and work this in with my finger tip, if it soaks in immediately I'll add a little more, until the surface feels saturated (this still isn't much, maybe 4-5 drops total) and then keep using my finger to work it in until a nice flat, even sheen appears. Then I leave it to dry overnight. This sounds way more complicated than it is, just make sure you work it in, with and against the strop grain and make sure the compound itself is thoroughly mixed up (no big shiney flakes in the mixture and no spots on the strop where it's thicker or thinner than any other spot). Now it's great and leaves an edge that has a scratch pattern very difficult to see even with a magnifying glass and feels like it's melting through phone book paper it cuts it so cleanly.

Great for knife sharpening with a leather strop
Using 1.5micron (12000 grit) I was able to bring my knives from sharp to razor sharp. I started with a 1000 grit water stone, then a 6000 grit water stone, then the 1.5 micron paste on a leather strop. The difference in sharpness between the 6000 grit and 12000 grit is actually very noticeable. Also, I found that when I dulled a knife, I was able to bring the edge back just with the strop and the paste. For folks having trouble with using a leather strop with this paste, I have few recommendations: 1. Use just enough to lay a bead of paste crosswise on the strop (many folks are using too much), then while it is still wet, use your knife to spread it (and sharpen the knife) and continually spread the paste on the leather. The color will not be uniformly spread (it will be kind of patchy and swirled) - don't worry about that very much, the diamonds will be in the leather. 2. The next few times you use the strop, DO NOT put more paste on, just use the dried paste from the first application. If the paste comes off in flakes or clumps, then you put too much paste on originally. Don't worry about that too much either, just keep using the strop and wiping the clumps off the knife. 3. Only after significant bare spots appear on the leather, go back to step one and apply a LITTLE more paste.

Works for knife sharpening
Do the research and figure out what grit you should get based on what you’re doing.

Great Polish, Can't Say enough good about it.
I have a Tungsten Carbide ring that has blackened finish, after 3 years the finish was changing colors. Kinda looked oxidized, Jeweler told me it had to do with the way the black finish is applied. He thought it may had to do with UV rays? Hmm. But this one has sentimental value more than cash value. So thought what the heck I'll try this polish. Some reviews said it did nothing, others raved. Well I can't say enough good things about it. It polished the ring to a mirror finish and took out the tiny scratches I accumulated over 3 years. Only a tiny amount used on felt Dremel tool tip attatchment. Have plenty to use for quite some time on more items. Yes the original black outside is gone bit WOW what a mirror finish now, Inside of ring still beautiful as day it came. Only I see inside but when I take it off I love the difference in tone color. P.S. this is an un-compensated review. Hope you have as good results as I did.

Product works well; however it requires a high degree of effort
I bought the "3.5 μm polish lapping paste" to buff out the scratches on my Orient Bambino V2, specifically on the dome-shaped mineral glass (curved section). Firstly, to get to the actual paste, one needs to push the plunger to remove all the bubbles and diluted solvent that have accumulated near the tip (the volume is quite substantial). Since the scratches were rather tiny, I buffed the scratches by hand (circular movement with slight force), using a clean microfiber cloth and a very small volume of the paste. I added a similar amount of paste after every 3–5 minutes of buffing. Overall, the total labour time was approximately 1 hour 15 mins (excluding breaks). The scratches are now no longer visible, unless one shines light directly on the scratched section and tiny shadows of the remnant scratches my be visible. In conclusion, this paste works well but if you plan to polish an item by hand, it will take quite a bit of time and effort.

Worked great for watches
Used this along with the 5 micron paste to remove a scuff from a watch of mine. Watch is sapphire crystal face and so very hard to work out scratches but this paste worked great and scuff was totally removed
