Great 8oz foam bowls!
I got these to serve heavy soups like lobster bisque, pea soup, seafood chowder and lemon orzo for large/not 'sit down' parties we have frequently. They hold 8oz if filled to the brim (not recommended to avoid burns) and 6oz to the lower lip which is an adequate serving for heavy soups/chowders. The 8 oz size allows for a better control of expensive soups. For thinner soups, salads etc I would size up to the 10 oz to prevent spillage from sloshing and room for toppings! These served my purpose, but for an all purpose soup, salad or ice cream bowl that you want to add, croutons, crackers, topping etc, the 10 oz would be a much better size. These bowls are sturdy, hold the heat and the cold very well. Comfortable to hold with or without a napkin. I serve with a cocktail napkin at the base for color and aesthetics...but not really necessary. When I reorder, I will buy the 10 oz size to use for everything, but the heavy pricey soups and chowders, as it would be more versatile and all purpose, for eating while standing!

No lids included. I should have read the description better. This listing is for bowls only. Arrived late ordered on Sunday and was supposed to arrive Saturday. Didn't arrive until Monday which was after we needed them.
