This watch came as advertised brand new and in perfect condition. This was the best price I could find so I was super excited. The classic omega seamaster. Sold by watchmaxx. Communication was good and they were very professional. I couldn't be happier.

Love it. An amazing piece

I bought mine at an Omega store at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta. I had wanted an Omega ever since they adopted the coaxial escapement. When I got it, it was gaining about 3 seconds a day. After a little over a year, it's within better than one-half second a day: that's as good as it gets for a mechanical watch that you can go out and buy. I have not had it adjusted. I do my timing with the NIST time site. The watch is more accurate than any other easily available source.I don't baby this watch. I wear it working on machinery and in the yard as well as in gentler environments. It still looks like new with the exception of some mild scratches on the clasp, which all my watches get. My wife and I have many more expensive watches, including Patek Philippe, Rolex, Brietling, Tag, and even Campanola. I believe this watch has the best all-around quality (without the hand-made cachet of the Patek). The only mechanical watch I've ever had that kept better time is an American made, 1938 model, Hamilton that I inherited. Before a hack jeweler messed up the timing, it was good to within a second a month!Bottom line: I love the Omega Seamaster. It is, and will remain, my everyday watch of choice. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for and then some. Highly recommended!
