Regardless of how long you wait, regardless if you heat the room the item you used the product on, be prepared, when you sand, even lightly, not only will it gunt up your paper, it will actually peel off in rolls...Buyer Beware!!!Sherwin Williams Primer is the way to go and definitely worth the money...
