So good, I'll buy my wife a pair
These are the most durable shoe inserts I have ever used.

Super long-lasting durability and comfort
My doctor recommended these insoles for plantar fasciitis and I was immediately impressed by the support they offered. My pain did not disappear immediately, but over time, I did notice substantial improvement after wearing shoes with the insoles inside. It's been well over a year since I purchased them and they are fully intact and still provide excellent support, which is four or five times as long as I would get from that big "Dr." name brand of insoles you can get elsewhere.

Work well, but pricey
I was first introduced to this brand/type of insole by a professional shoe store (referred there by podiatrist). So far of all the insoles I've tried in my life these have helped the most. Fit my shoes well and are very comfortable. Only downside is they're a bit on the pricy side. I wear out insoles quickly due to having flat feet and being on my feet most the day. I also like to always have at least two pairs of tennis shoes I go back and forth between wearing. Ideally, I'd like to be able to replace the insoles in them both every 4 months, but I can't do that with the price of these.

Still the Best - Excellent for Running
Update 6-3-14: To date, I have tried Spenco Cross Trainers, Total Support, RX Moldable and the Walker/Runner insoles. I ran in Cross Trainers for over thirty years and then tried the others looking for more arch support (I have very high arches) and to help treat Plantar Faciitis that I contracted almost two years ago. The total Support were OK but provided too little cushioning under the heel for running. The RX insoles were terrible, were molded incorrectly from the factory with the arch starting under my heel and were only slightly moldable. The Walker/Runners were the same design as the Total Support but had no structure at all and were just soft rubber. I have returned to the Cross Trainers as I believe they are the best Spenco insoles for cushioning under the heel and mid-foot. If they had a much higher arch and a little more structure they would be perfect. For me, for now, they are the best and I would recommend them. Original Review 12-7-12: I'm 66, I have high arches and I've been running for exercise for 36 years. I have been using Spenco Cross Trainer (green, yellow and black) insoles for many years and have been happy with them. Some time ago I developed some heel pain and I recently decided to try the Spenco Total Support insoles. They have a higher arch, which is good for me but, it appears the arch is higher because the heel cushioning is lower...thinner. The impressive multicolored heel pads and underside cushioning areas in the Total Support photos appear, in person, to all be the same material, but colored differently. My heel pain did not diminish while using the Total Support insoles and I have returned to the Cross Trainers for the additional heel cushioning. The Cross Trainers have good arch support and it is probably adequate for most runners. I suspect the Total Support insoles might be good for walking where heel cushioning is not so critical. If you want good heel cushioning, especially for running, I suggest you use the Spenco Cross Trainer insoles.

Thick heal pad - too large of a heel to toe drop for me!
These insoles seem well made and I'm a big fan of Spenco's nitrogen filled foam because it holds up well to high impact activities. However... this particular product has a thick heal. The foam is 12.5mm under the heal and 5.7mm in the forefoot so it is adding about 7mm of heel to toe drop which completely changes the fit of any athletic shoes. Note: Don't think this extra cushion will help heel pain - your heel will actually have more pressure due to the added heel foam thickness. If you are looking to make your shoes feel more inclined / wedge shaped these should be good - otherwise avoid this one. Spenco - it would be great if you just added this sort of info on the thickness of the forefoot, arch and heal foam to your descriptions - you would avoid a lot of returns.

Great buy!
I am really happy with these inserts! I bought a pair of white sneakers—they’re really trendy with a huge heel. The smalledt they came in is a size 6 and I am a size 5/5.5. These inserts helped make the shoes more snug. The bonus is a little bit of arch support and comfort support, as you know fashion chunky shoes can be really uncomfortable. They’re really all for the look. I am so glad I got these inserts to make the shoes wearable. I tried the inserts in my regular day-to-day sneakers (cheap Amazon brand for $20, they look like Nikes HAHA) and these inserts do not work. It made my heels stick up too high for the sneakers to stay on properly. Bummer cuz I totally would have bought another pair! I think these inserts work best for shoes with high walls for the heels (which my white platform sneakers do have) and the heel has to be sturdy fabric/material. Not stretchy or bendy, like slip on ones

Fantastic!
They make my golf shoes feel like a dream! I am excited to use these on the course. I would have NO PROBLEM walking 18 holes using these. Thank you for the great product! This will make my feet feel more comfortable while playing! I may end up getting these for my walking shoes as well.

The quality, the look and the feel is superb. I use it for my badminton shoes and it is the best. There was some glitch initially regarding the delivery but they acted fast and it reached me on time.
