Men's Jorn Minimalistic Stainless Steel Quartz Watch

This is my first Skagen watch and I'm very impressed! It's a great size case and overall feels very well put together. The blue face really makes the watch pop and it can go with any attire. If you like the minimalist style or want a fashion forward watch that doesn't break the bank then this is the perfect watch for you. Seriously, for the price you just can't go wrong with this Skagen and I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

I have owned several Skagen watches. I'm not sure this one was authentic. The thickness, the lack of brightness of face and markings, and strap quality were all far below expected standards for a Skagen product. It was promptly returned. My next Skagen I will buy in a store so I can make sure it's for real before accepting. Too bad, I love buying things through Amazon and will continue to do so...just not Skagen watches.

I've had three Skagen watches, and this isn't it. This appears to be a knock-off. The band is not stainless stell - it feels like thin plastic/aluminum. The watch face is very hard to read and the movement hands are also made of plastic. I can't recommend buying these watches from Amazon. Buy your dress watch elsewhere.

Watches nowadays are thick, gaudy, huge, and unwieldy things. I like thin and unobtrusive watches like Skagen makes. Well, I have owned 3 previous Skagen watches, and each one repeatedly suffered broken crystals for no apparent reason. Sometimes I would pay to replace a broken crystal, which would then last about a month before it too would break.I've owned this watch for several months and haven't had any problems with the crystal (knock on wood). I also love the sleek and minimal design and the thinness of the watch. If Skagen has indeed fixed its crystal breakage issue, I think I'll continue with the Skagen brand.

Looks like a cool watch but it was rather disappointing.1). The numbers were a little hard to see. Maybe if the numbers were a few shades lighter it would be easier to read but I understand the aesthetic they were trying to go for.2). The one I received had a smudge on the INSIDE of the watch face making it impossible to clean. I spent a good minute trying to clean the watch face until I realized in was on the inside and there was nothing I could do.I ended up returning this watch. It was rather disappointing.

Keeps great time and durable, but the dark watch background makes the hands hard to read. In addition the second hand looks the same as the minute hand, so I need to stare at the watch for a few seconds and see the movement before I can read the time. It is too easy to confuse the second hand location with the minute hand location. Because of this I learned to really dislike this watch design after a couple months.

I love the watch., Wish it was a bit easier to read and had a light. I also love the band.However, the clasp sucks. It does not close tight and opens all the time. In the two days I have had the watch, it has fallen off my wrist six times. I ride a motorcycle so...yeah.I'm returning it based solely off the fact that it does not stay on my wrist.I can't wear a watch I had to duct tape on my arm.I bent the clasp on the watch a bit with a pair of pliers and got the catch to "catch". Don't know yet if it will hold on a road trip but I've upgraded the watch to at least wearable around the house.

I love this watch because if fills my needs:Slim profile of the watch and band, so it's easy to slide up my sleeve and won't set off the airport scannersSubtle style that's easy to read at a glance. I did not want a complex face that I had to strain to readI got this watch at a daily special price, so I it was a no-brainer for me.I will say that the set-time button is so small and smooth that I could not turn it with fingers alone (after pulling it out.) Fortunately, I don't expect to set the time often.

I hate it wish I'd never bought it now it's massive the face is way too big thick and heavy not at all what I expected I have a previous skagen watch very slimline and light this is the exact opposite Def wasted my money here

Arrived today and so far very happy with it. Looks great, simple design, not too heavy. Would highly recommend!

Presume the battery was dead but not prepared to replace just in case the watch itself was defective. Very disappointing!

This is a very good looking watch. It's got clean lines and a low profile. The mesh wristband is solidly made and easy to adjust. You wear this watch so that you can look sexy. You don't wear this watch if you want to know what time it is.It is incredibly difficult to see the hands. They are almost the same color as the face. Even in broad daylight, you basically have to put the watch right up to your eyes to see the time. Forget about trying to see anything in dim light. Who was the genius at Skagen that thought it was a good idea to design the hands and the face to be the exact same color?The positive is that if the watch or the battery dies, it won't matter since the only reason you are wearing the watch is for its style and coolness factor.

I already had a Skagen watch in silver. I'd worn it for year and love it. But I have lusted after black.This came up on sale and I had to have it.Beautifully made and finished. The design is perfect for a man's wrist. I would have given it five stars but, truth to tell, the numerals, or rather time marks, are grey on black which is a bit tough to read. There is a trick to it, you need to tilt the watch a little and then all becomes clear.I wear a watch driving and socially as I don't like pulling out my phone to find out what time it is. This watch works beautifully for that use.
