This clip really works
This clip really works. It fits tight on your hand and is not bulky, there is no movement when wearing, it never slips off. Wear for shorter times when first using to get used to the pressure as it does fit firmly but the pleasure is needed. I have purchased cheaper version of this clip that fall off and as there is little pressure on the point needed they have not worked at all. Use as soon as you feel a headache or migraine coming on. I would not be with out this clip now

Have already recommended it!
Good delivery, included an instruction guide which is very useful and thoughtful. I found it can sometimes slip off a bit and needed adjusting. Only had it about a week but can definitely feel relief when using it. Have already recommended it to numerous people.

Works,a bit 😊
So I get very severe migraines that affect me for days and mean I feel very dizzy nauseous sound light and smell sensitive etc. They are really bad and I really struggle to find something that works- I use an ice bag to help me get to sleep but nothing and no tablets help. So I wanted to try any avenue available especially alternative stuff as tablets don't do anything just make me tired. I am not wholly dissatisfied as the last few times I've used it it's helped to quell the nausea and slightly reduce my symptoms so it definitely does something. I think I'm getting the hang of where exactly to place it as it needs to be in the right place to work so as it goes its getting more effective/useful tool but not completely to the point that it gets rid of them (but I wasn't expecting a magic cure so I think it's worth the money for what it does)

Great idea, initial trials showing improvements...
My headaches are not migraines but I am still experiencing relief with this neat little bit of kit that fits discreetly into a pocket or bag for use when a headache strikes. I'm pleased with the results :)

The most disappointing scam / device I’ve ever purchased
***EDITED***Please don’t waste your time or money on this. It feels like I’ve been nothing more than scammed & am so upset and disappointed that I fell for this. Having suffered from severe migraines for over 20 years and even taken part in medical studies to try get them under control I would do or buy almost anything to help get rid of my headaches and pain so when I first read about this ( despite being a little sceptical) I was still willing to give it a try. The device does not stay on your hand no matter how much you try and holding it in place with your other hand rather defeats the whole object. When it is in place albeit very briefly it does not work at all and I don’t really know how this has been allowed to be marketed as a pain relief tool when clearly it is nothing more than a cheap bit of plastic being unlawfully packaged, marketed and sold at an extortionate cost to unsuspecting individuals who are desperate to find some form of genuine pain relief. Shame on Aculief for conning people out of their hard earned money and shame on Amazon for selling it on their platform ***AND THE SCAM GETS WORSE!! Now they are trying to sell this as some kind of weight loss device!!!!! I’m guessing people are now wise to the fact that it DOES NOT WORK FOR ANY TYPE OF MIGRAINE SO THE SELLERS ATE CHANGING THEIR TACTICS!!!!!!!

Helps me
I get a lot of cluster headaches over days at a time and I genuinely believe this helps. I would rather use this and my head soothe and only use medication as a last resort. As someone who has always suffered with headaches since my teens i find painkillers just dont work for me. This is my second clip as i lost my last one and tried the cheaper non branded ones on ebay which do no stay on at all, avoid them, although this is more expensive it stays on my hand and actually sits in the right place.

Personally it doesn’t work for me
I bought this because I get headaches every day and a friend recommended this.. after using this she recommended a device she did not use but owned.. so that’s great logic! Anyway! I get headaches a lot so I bought this as a test and after using it for several weeks being uncomfortable and often sliding off my large hand… I found it’s a waste and doesn’t work at all. My headache is still there and not reduced in pain at all. In fact, it’s more of a pain when putting this on and I am typing or working with a mouse, it slides off and often have to push back down etc, that’s a headache alone and found it is a waste of money. I got my wife to try it and same thing. She did not see any improvement at all so it’s something thrown in the cupboard to placebo someone we believe but for us, it doesn’t work. We’ve tried both hands, both angles and made no difference.

Nifty item bought to help with headaches
I was desperate to find something useful to help with my headaches while at home or work and so far it does seem to help towards relieving the symptoms. Glad I gave it a try.

Great Gadget!
I find this gadget works really well if I use it at the first sign of a headache. I wish it was coated in a softer plastic (such as a silicone), as it is made from a rigid plastic. I bought the two pack so that I could have one at home and one in my purse, in case a headache arose while at work, or while out and about.

Aculief Pince d'Acupression
Je trouve ce petit accessoire efficace pour les migraines. Je le porte 2 minutes sur chaque en complément des huiles essentielles. Cela m'apporte du confort sur mes migraines (qui durent 48/72h), peut être moins conséquentes et moins longues.

Works awesome
I'm on day 5 without using any pain medication for my headache very impressed. When I feel a migraine coming I out it in and within 30 min the feeling is down so low it manageable for the rest of the day without medicine. Best thing I bought that actually works

Good to have to help relieve headaches.
At first I thought this is absolutely worthless until I figured it out. Don’t expect this to magically work by just applying it to your hand. You have to first find that ‘spot’ once it’s on your hand. Then you will need to use your other hands thumb and index fingers to apply desired pressure. You then squeeze well for a few seconds and let go. You’ll have to repeat this and play around with it to feel the affect. It’s the only way to get it working. At least for me it was. It’s better then just using your thumb and index fingers on a naked hand. The aculief will target the nerve intensely as it’s made for that. It will help relieve your headaches once you know what you’re doing. It’s good to have. I’ve never seen this selling in any stores. It’s unique and I am glad I found it. The only reason for giving it 4stars is because of the price point. It is expensive considering it’s just a piece of plastic. It’s up to you if you want to get it. Good luck.

Surprisingly adequate! An honest review
My mother and I suffer from intense migraines, pretty much whenever it rains and/or the air pressure changes dramatically. I've been to the doctor's for prescription remedies, but they didn't work at all. The only thing that ever really works is Excedrin Migraine - and that really only works about 60% of the time. I found Aculief on YouTube when searching for new migraine relief options and bought a 2-pack for myself and my mother. I was hesitant to spend $30 on something I wouldn't be able to test initially, but the weather in March in Eastern North Carolina is just way too crazy to predict or take a chance on. While I was waiting for my order to arrive, I did some more research into the L14 pressure point. This eased my concerns, as it seems to be generally accepted everywhere that this pressure point relieves certain tension-related pains. Now that I have my Aculief, I've been pleasantly surprised! Initially, the product kind of hurts for about 5-10 seconds (especially if you hit bone with it rather than the fleshy pressure point). As you use it though, you'll find it easier to locate that pressure point. The "pain" fades quickly, however, comparable to the feeling on your arm when you get your blood pressure taken. The main thing I've noticed is that I noticed that migraines (which I still get) are WAY down in intensity and duration, if not totally relieved. If anyone is hesitant to spend $20-$30 on this product, I would argue that it is totally worth it to at least give it a try. You'll spend far more than that at a restaurant with your family anyway. Do it. The worst thing that could happen is you could be dissatisfied and be down one night out with the family (in terms of dollars spent). I myself am very pleased that it helps out at all, as I've suffered these migraines for quite literally a quarter of a century. DO IT! To quote our President: What the hell do you have to lose?! 5/5 stars.
