Is this a good product to learn guitar with? I have the whole native instruments suite and am highly interested in learning guitar on the road.

It is definitely good for beginners but I would suggest you to have a regular guitar as well in order to practice precise specific guitar techniques

What is the scale length? (The distance between nut and bridge)

The simple answer is that it doesn't have a scale length that means anything to the player, because as Paul says above, the strings don't go from nut to bridge like a normal guitar; there are two entirely separate sets of strings. I suspect what you really want to know is: how does the string tension compare to a known string gauge on 24.75" or 25.5" scale length guitar? Hopefully someone who owns one of these can answer that question.

Can it be used with Pro Tools?

I don't have Pro Tools myself, but from what I hear Jammy G does work, according to other reviews. I think it works in just about any DAWS that accepts MIDI controller inputs.
