Bachmann Industries Acf 36'-6" 10,000-Gallon Single-Dome Tank Car Clark, N Scale

First of all, my car is HO scale, non N. This is a nice train car with nice graphics and paint job. I like that it has metal wheels instead of plastic. The car is also decently weighted to help keep it on track. As with almost every item I order from Amazon, It arrived on time with no damage. I will definitely order more Bachmann rolling stock as the need arises.

This is a well made car. I remember when these were traveling the rails in the Midwest. Nice addition to my n-scale train.

I am not a serious train hobbyist. I miss my old Tyco HO trains from my childhood so I recently bought a small N scale kit to put around the Christmas tree and to have out occasionally. I wanted to add some additional cars for interest so I bought this one and its completely fine. The graphics are high quality, its made decently, it does everything I think it should; no complaints really. My only issue is that I do think these cars are a little over-priced but in the end I'm glad to have it since it brings back the nostalgia. Yes, I bought another and will probably buy more this fall.

Awesome addition to my N Scale set. Highly doubt it’s really 10,000 gallons though.. Lol kidding of course. I highly recommend this one to anyone looking to add a tank car. Very highly detailed.

THIS IS A GOOD LITTLE CAR, THOUGH ONE OF THE COUPLERS ON ONE OF THE TWO CARS DOESN'T WANT TO WORK ALL THE TIME, SO I'LL REPLACE IT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS. Update. I didn't replace the car, but investigated what the problem might be. I found out that it was not the coupler itself. There was a burr in the box that the coupler fit in to. I got a very very small screwdriver and removed the burr, and all was fine. Except that I had messed around with the knuckle so much that it did break. My fault there. So that car is the last in line until I can get some replacement couplers. You need very good eyes, lots of patience, a delicate touch and small tools to work on these!
