What I’ve always used, still works as expected
I’ve used aspirin most of my life and have purchased this product several times. I’ve only taken other options like ibuprofen or acetaminophen a handful of times when nothing else was available. A lot of that is probably just habit, along with my long standing perception that aspirin was a more natural or traditional option. This product has worked well for me over the years for general aches and pains, and I’ve never had a reason to switch. The back and body version does exactly what I expect it to do. I’ve come to realize over time that aspirin, like the other options out there, is still a manufactured product and not really “natural” in the way people sometimes think. That said, it’s what I’m familiar with and comfortable using, and it has served me well. Pros: Effective for aches and general pain Consistent results over time Widely available and affordable Cons: Like any pain reliever, not something to overuse Not for everyone depending on tolerance Bottom line: This is a product I’ve relied on for years and continue to keep on hand. It works for me, and I don’t see a reason to change.

Painless
I have lupus and Bayer helps ease my pain. I use this with my medication. It is great!!

Good alternative to other NSAids
I can't take other NSAids because they conflict with my medication, and other pain relievers weren't very effective with shoulder and neck pain. This is now my "go-to" pain reliever. Please note that it does have caffeine, but taking in the morning has made a big difference for me. For times when I'm avoiding caffeine, I purchased another version of Bayer since this one has been so helpful.

Good product if not taken in excess
Seems to work pretty good for body aches. Just can’t take too many since it contains aspirin which can cause bleeding. Bottle is very easy to open. Very nice design.

Very effective for aches and pains
Not a bad combo, I take for common 50 yr old man aches and pains, works very well and fast for otc medicine. Will order again when needed.
