Yoga: Immortality and Freedom

Although this book is old, it has more information about yoga than almost any yoga book I have ever read, and I have read a lot. I came across this book in the early '70s and my copy is falling apart. No, I don't want a new copy, thank you. All those underlines and notes in the margin make my copy twice as valuable! My book is part of my soul. So much good info here. Maybe it isn't perfect in everything and also there has been more current research on certain topics, but if you want to broaden your knowledge, you will find this to be a treasure that you can read and reread until your pages are falling out, too.
