Don’t bother
Really poor quality. High risk of ripping just by putting on. Once on, item ripped within minutes. Definitely single use only. Better to pay slightly more for better value and reuse ( and I know that they aren’t permanent but others I have purchased have been able to use several times before discarding)

Great emergency rain poncho
Keep these in your bag or backpack, they are lightweight and will save you getting wet in unexpected rain on days out. I keep some in the car as well so always to hand.
