There's a variety of exercises you can do to work all different types of muscles, rows, curls, push downs etc. There really is nothing else like this on the market, I've used this for about a month now and it really does give you a great workout. It's great for people who don't have the time and want to get in a quick but hard workout. I've owned other chest expanders but this one by far is the best, from the build quality and studiness this thing will last a while. As well as the variety this thing adds compared to more cheaper alternatives. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a new way to train at home or traveling.

I had purchased this only a few days ago, but I could tell straight away that it is a really solid product, as it feels well-built and effective in use. Each time I have used this so far, I have felt the typical after effects of a good workout, so I am confident that this product can produce good results with regular usage. Additionally, the service from the seller is excellent. I found the resistance to be a little lower than ideal, and after emailing them, I was immediately offered an upgrade to 40kgs, which I believe will be more suitable for my needs. This was promptly dispatched by the seller at no additional cost, without having to return my initial order. Therefore, I can only speak positively of my experience with both the product and the seller.

I have tried a number of different exercise machines during the years, this is one of the better ones. Great instructions and versatile, I bought for one reason to assist in chest exercise without realising the many different muscle groups you can use. Also, great for travel (another benefit) fits in the suitcase so I can use in the hotel rather than using a gym with unfamiliar equipment. Well made product, not like some of the cheaper items..Will last my longer.

When I saw product I asked others about what strength level to buy. I was told that even the base level 30kg is quite challenging but that the seller was very decent and would exchange if wrong level was ordered. The item arrived today, very quick delivery, and the first thing that struck me was the quality and care to attention. An exercise guide and even a small comfy mat for you to kneel in. The item itself is very sturdy and nicely ergonomic and obviously well engineered. The principle is similar to the old Bullworker ( remember them?) My Dad had one in the 1970's and as a youngster I could barely budge the thing. In use this item is much better than the Bullworker was , although to be fair I only received it today! The weight level ( 30kg) feels right for me and is fairly demanding. I am 56 years old, 5ft 7 , 75kg and can do 15 pull-ups in a row, deadlift 130kg, squat 110kg, and bench 80kg. I also have trained Must Thai for 40 years. So I am about average, possibly a little weak on pecs and 30kg is perfect for me. It's not easy and takes effort, but that is the idea isn't it!

I purchased as a way of trying to incorporate a chest workout from home with minimal space loss. Out the box I could see that it was well built and is sturdy and strong when using. I was a bit unsure about the resistance so I messaged the seller and they sorted it out for me really quickly. This trainer is great for a wide range of exercises and give a far better level of resistance than resistance bands do. You can really feel the muscle groups working and can feel the pump after a session. What’s more it slides under the bed or behind a door once done so is super convenient from a size perspective. Overall great purchase and can feel the benefits already.

I wasn't sure which weight I should get between the 70 lb. or 50 lb. one, so I opted for the 70 lb. one. My first impression after taking it out of the box is that it's pretty big, and feels very strong and durable; it wasn't flimsy and didn't feel cheap at all, as I was a little skeptical of when ordering. So, if you're on the fence about ordering, know that this feels durable and strong, and should be a long-lasting product... The thing you need to figure out when ordering is trying to get the right weight for you. After trying the product out I had a hard time pulling the bars all the way for the chest exercise. I could still get a work-out, but I was hoping to be able to consistently get a full extension when using. The item came with a card that said if the resistance is too much or too little, to send an email and they will take care of you... So, I contacted customer service and told them the resistance for the 70 lb. bar was a bit too much for me, and around 24 hours later they responded back and told me they would ship out the 50 lb. bar. So, the 50 lb. bar arrived just a few days later, and it's easier to use and I can get a full extension on the chest exercise, but it's still pretty strenuous; or at least it is for me. But I think the more I use it, the stronger I'll get, therefore the easier it will be to use... I honestly think they should make a 30 lb. bar, as I think that would still provide a strong workout for some; at the very least it would be a great tool to use for toning-up. I have suggested this to customer service, and they said they will take that into consideration. I think this company is trying to produce a product that will eventually become a common household product, and with some adjustments, such as a 30 lb. bar being added to the store, I could see that happening.

Great device and customer support! I had an issue with the resistance of the device. I contacted the seller through the email provided in the product instructions explaining the problem, and they replied the next day providing a solution. Highly recommended! This device is great for dynamic and isometric workouts. I use it to complement my weight training workouts. I have studied isometric training for some time now, and I would suggest the following to perform isometric exercises with this device: 1. Always maintain steady breathing; never hold your breath. 2. Always keep your core tight. 3. Slow compressions and releases will prevent injuries. 4. Hold the compression for 10+ seconds for 60-70% effort, 5-7 seconds for 80% effort, and 3 seconds for 100% effort.
