This has saved me a fortune in buying new pans!

We moved to a new place where we needed a something to connect the induction hob with our old utensils. Thus I searched online for a diffuser plate and order this Heat Diffuser Disc Adapter Plate. It came in good quality and good shape but it did not serve the purpose. We thought we can easily cook our food using it but it heat up the utensils very slowly.

Thinner than last one so heats up quickly. Works fine for metal coffee pot which cannot go directly onto induction hob surface. It marks easily so needs frequent cleaning.

Item looks and feels good. Unfortunately as with a few others feedback on our hob it overheated but luckily did not damage the hob. Chucked it in the garage for some future use.

You can't use it for long and it heats up with heavy smell. Also, doesn't work with large dishes, only good for using mocha pot or small dishes (e.g., boiling an egg). Not worth £15 for these purposes.

Easy to use and useful for using some pans that wouldn’t normally work on induction job. Works particularly well with small saucepans but doesn’t transfer enough heat for larger stock pot type pans.Can be difficult to clean
