Prier 630-7965 Wall Hydrant Handle Kit, Black,01-5154

Fit the Prier M400 faucet perfectly. Had to remove some of the broken old one from the plastic nut in the spigot before it would work but otherwise a quick and simple fix for an old broken knob.

Work and fit good for my outdoor faucet

I am not a fan of plastic bib handles, but that’s all that fits!!! They could be designed to be a bit more sturdy but the price is reasonable One word of advice do not ever tighten the screw!!!! It will crack the inside of the handle and make it fail prematurely

This is my second replacement. The first one lasted about 10 -12 years then degraded. The failure point is the round point that goes on the metal stem. I know this because it is my second purchase since my house was built about 25 years ago. The good news is that it is a perfect fit, looks good and includes a replacement screw. It is a bit overpriced for a piece of plastic. But it costs much less than having a plumber replace the whole valve. In short: great fit ,easy to install with just a screwdriver. But, will only last as long as the original.

Perfect fit . And prefer factory part . Original lasted 3 years- (junk) but at least the part fit perfect and it was only a dollar more over the off brands. 10.00 for a handle holy crap pre Covid the hole frost bib was 20.00 At least where not being taken Advantage from big business. Sad part is it never get better.

Fast delivery, good price, worked perfectly

Bought it last April to replace the original one that cracked somehow after one year of using. This one was easy to install was expecting it last longer but unfortunately about one month ago the crtical part cracked again so water leaks like a streem. I really wish I could ind the metal handle that is compatible with my antifrost hydrant spigot.

I tried buying an Eastman and Universal replacement tap for my Prier outdoor hose bib but neither one worked. If you have a Prier outdoor faucet tape that has broken you will need to replace it with another Prier branded knob, don't waste your time or money like me trying to get something cheaper to work. Personally I don't know why this replacement knob is so expensive and why they don't make it out of metal instead of plastic. I get about 4 years out of one of these Plastic Prier outdoor hose bib taps and then I reluctantly need to buy another one. They're good, they fit, they're expensive and they last about 3-5 years ... what more can I say

I was worried because my 20 year old outdoor garden tap started leaking even when turned off so i took it apart and realized this piece had a tiny cracked inside which allowed water to escape. I couldn't find the exact same tap piece so read that this will fit all Mansfield models and is the same as the old one with the 3 water droplets on it, it's just made by Prier now. So i got it today put it on and voila problem solved! Hooray!
