This is very good at promoting relaxation; the taste is bitter; however, the effectiveness outweighs the taste. Just do not bust the capsule or chew it. It is a great value for the money!

Lifelong valerian root user. Good product, does the job I need, between tension and scoliosis & vertebral subluxation since I was 16 (now close to 50). Takes the edge off, allowing me to sleep and not be a ball of muscle knots. Valerian naturally has a strong pungent smell. You will find that with any valerian product. It is not faulty. No taste (capsule to swallow). Good price.

I was apprehensive about taking this and after having it for about 2 weeks I finally got the courage. This is amazing at helping me go to sleep and staying asleep! The directions say to take two capsules but I only take one (I am not a big person) and it is plenty to get me through the night. No more tossing and turning trying to get comfy and falling asleep and if I wake up during the night I have no problems getting back to sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and automatically awake, no grogginess at all. I do have some "unique" dreams and get a kick out of them. I might have to start keeping a log of those crazy zany dreams. Talk about off the wall! To me they have no taste and are easy to swallow as well. I haven't noticed any aroma or odor. I figure since I only take one the bottle will last me quite a while.

Good lawd, these are stinky!! When opening the bottle to get my pills out, I need to hold my breath. They smell like a teenage boys' shoes IYKYK. 😝 But, they do work well! I definitely sleep a lot better. If you are sensitive to rotten egg/athlete foot stink, I would definitely not recommend. But if your need for good sleep is greater, I would recommend 👍🏻

I have bought this order many times. The company is great. The valerian root is high quality and of really decent strength. They taste basically like capsules, but not bad and they hasv no smell which is a plus. I haven't had any side effects besides the effects I want of valerierian root. Calmness and sleep. They work very well. Better than the more expensive brands even. A good price too for these high quality valerian root capsules.
