Junk
No product support unless you live in Europe!Do not buy this, cannot return if more than 30 days, due to internet company issues I could not install till after I had modem for over 30 days then found out no support in USA and then it cannot be returned for a refund! Don’t waste your money on this modem, why would it even be sold in the USA without support whatsoever????!!!!

Not supported by CL, but does work with CL
I would give this 5 stars but found out it is not supported by Century Link, however, a call to CL got me the info I needed to make it work......

Excellent DSL modem
Searched and searched for a new ADSL2+ modem that had good IPv6 support (or any for that matter). Some said they did, but did not. Bought and returned a half a dozen from various sources before I came upon this one from Zyxel. Was very happy with their modems on my BBS back in the day and this one said it supported IPv6, so I got it.The firmware on it had nothing in it about IPv6. Contacted Zyxel support and they immediately sent me a link to an updated firmware - installed it and the IPv6 support is there. Very easy to setup and run and working flawlessly with my 12 meg CenturyLink DSL - dual stack.Highly recommend this DSL modem - best out there IMNTBHO and the price is better than most of the competition.

Useless to me!
I have spent 5 hours trying to connect this to my internet. It was an exercise in frustration. There were ansolutely no instructions in the package. There was no customer service number provided for the company to get help. Their website is a joke for anyone who isn't a techie. Even my internet provider couldn't help me. I left an email for the company to call me back so maybe it can get up and running. Beware!

[edited] No support for firmware from manufacturer
edit: actually, they do have it, and I found it: [...] No support for firmware from manufacturer, I mean the firmware updates are actually in their FTP servers, but they do not provide a link or description.

It works pretty well once we got it going
It works pretty well once we got it going. Expect to have to call Zyxel to get it set up and working though. In our case they told us to call the provider who told us to call Zyxel again.

be ready to set up in case needed
This works really well but retired some time setting it up. It did not just need to be plugged in and start to work.

Use Extreme Caution
The firmware on this modem/router is locked to Telus, and ZyXEL informed me that it cannot be updated! It's practically useless unless you have a DSL Internet service from Telus. All others should look elsewhere. Beware!
