A good book if you like history.
I purchased this book in the hope it would help me to plan my upcoming West highland way trip although it does cover the route I thought it was overshadowed by the amount of history .

Not enough actual route description
I agree with the one star review.The map is good but there is to much waffle about the history of the places you are passing through.If you just want to know about the direction the route takes you have to read through a lot of other things.
