Not very useful. It came broken. I had to fix it with baling wire.
The product was delivered broken. The support strut for the right arm was sheared off, making the controller useless, though it itself worked OK. The right arm just dangled in space. Both Ephesus and Amazon were useless in resolving the problem. Ephesus wanted me to return the whole chair rather than just sending me a new, undamaged support arm. I am clairvoyant enough to know that sending the whole chair back would just cause me more troubles: the pain of doing it and there was no guarantee that I would receive an undamaged second chair. I might not even get one at all.Left and right motion with the joy stick is not very responsive to my use. I have yet to test it at the airport to get through the tight confines of security, since the joy stick control won't let me guide it left or right very well at all.Forward motion is OK, however. But, in order to go up my driveway to the garage, I must set it to full power. The lower power settings will not cut it.I'm ready to test it at the airport. I was already informed that SW Airlines won't let me fold the chair and take it onboard as carry-on. Instead, I'll have to leave the folded chair at the end of the jet way area just before entering the plane. It will be stored in the plane's cargo hold and brought to me after I land. Wheel chairs have priority and are treated differently.I must remove the battery and take it onboard with me in a zip-lock bag or battery box supplied by the SW Airlines ticket counter. The battery cannot be stored in the hold with the chair during the flight.Online FAA regulations say it is OK to take the main battery onboard with me as carry-on plus two spare batteries. The main battery cannot exceed 300 Wh (Watt hours). Mine is 25.9 V times 5.2 A h resulting in 135 Wh, so I'm fine. The spare batteries cannot exceed 160 Wh for each one (320 Wh total). Mine are 24 V times 5 Ah or 120 Wh each. I have ordered the spare batteries (2 pack) from Amazon through a Singapore company. Amazon itself was absolutely no help in recommending spare batteries, so I'm hoping that the two I bought ($50 for a 2 pack) will fit my chair. The crucial point is that the battery/chair mount electronic interface has to mate, of course. You probably need the charger for the spare batteries. The charger comes with about 5 different terminal connecters: one will fit the battery, though. No problem there. This charger was available through Amazon as well. I can provide the exact details, if desired.

Very poor customer service
We bought this chair last September and had broken twice already. The first time the wheels came off alignment and they were able to fix the same day after multiple attempts to contact them. This time around we haven’t been able to speak to nobody after multiple attempts trying to contact them. Phone calls, voicemail and emails have been sent and unfortunately we have not hear from them to find out was wrong with the chair. The prob with the chair is even greater this time because the joystick is not turning on. We needed to get this check over a week ago, we had been trying to get someone else to fix it but it is hard to find some to get the job done. My dad is in need of his chair and we are still waiting for the company to call us back. So so frustrating.

Not worth the money
After going over a weather guard going into the mall, the wheelchair just stopped. The circuit board just went out.I have tried calling Ephesus every day since the chair quit working. I’ve left a call back number every time and haven’t heard from them. They have not called me and it has been over 2 weeks.

Manual not in English
Looks like a great chair but the installation manual is not in English. My daughter-in-law is from S. Korea and she is visiting next week before we really need the chair. Hopefully she can decipher the instruction enough to insure that we have put it together correctly.

Try to find a company that would service their product first before just deciding to replace it.
I liked everything about the chair except for the chair ability to keep straight when going straight. It swayed off to the right. Also the fact that it took me months to find what I called the perfect chair for me, Lightweight and affordable
