T-Rex Blind Spot Mirror, Attaches to Your Exterior Car Mirror (Large & Adjustable (5.5"x4"))

This mirror looks ostensibly like the Hercules The Big Auxiliary Mirror-Wide-Angle Side View Mirror ASIN B0007ZHA8I . It is not. The Hercules attaching U-plate has more than one thread on the clamping screws and dimples to engage the inside edge of the vehicle mirror housing. The T-Rex has only one thread and no dimples -- making it very easy for the mirror to become road debris at freeway speeds (airflow force). The securing screw for the ball stud into the housing on the T-Rex has a very small head that easily could exert too much contact pressure onto the housing, causing the plastic to crack; the Hercules has a head similar to a drywall construction tulip screw and does crack the housing. When I attempted to return the item, I found:$3.66Your postal carrier will pick up your return -- just leave it in your mailbox. Nothing it worked perfect

Big mirror for the passenger side mirror. Works good on my 06 Dodge Grand Caravan, BUT …Wasn't able to install it on the top of the stock mirror - couldn't see it once installed from driver's side - obscured by the door post. And when I moved it and installed it on the bottom of the stock mirror, the passenger door would hit it every time the passenger door was opened, knocking it askew ended up installing it on the out-side of the stock mirror . It sticks out a bit, and is susceptible to some one bumping it. But, I'll live with it.

so first 2 i bought arived broken inside and no way to use them second 2 , 1 mirror was so loose every time you close the door it looked at the ground so I siliconed it in position then first hot day of spring at 55mpg both mirrors detached from car at 2 diffrnt points while driving down the highway no way to get them back so I am out the money and the item . ps they had been on car for months prior to that day .

These are junk best I can tell. No instructions and the installation parts were inside mirror and I had no idea how to get them out. NOTE: ordered on Amazon Prime and had to pay return UPS postage. The mirror sizes look good, but if you can't mount them effectively, everything is a waste. I recommend not ordering in the first place.

These mirrors are durable and easy to install. Nice value.

This mirror will not fit my vehicle. The bracket for the mirror was just not the right fit and the mirror did not come with instructions which made things even more confusing. I will not order this product again. My vehicle is a Toyota Highlander.
