Originally, I was in love with the mirror caps, they looked really nice! Smooth install! However, after only a week after install the “carbon” started separating on its own and day by day splitting worse and worse. I didn’t file a return as they have been sold out of the product and was willing to work with them. However after two weeks now of trying to find some contact info(none posted) getting in touch with previous customers, and emails and questions through amazon even! No response. I want to give them the benefit Of the doubt as this most likely was a one time thing however I can’t even get a word back. So I’m forced to leave this review. If I can get a message back I would gladly remove this!

Great product, great quality, perfect fit for the 2010 e90 335i. Prefect replacement. A+++

The passenger side mirror does not fit correctly it is too wide and will not fully seat and clip in all the way leaving the gap between the cap and the mirror too large and the cap not being secured properly I paid $172.91 they should at least fit right? I will attach images of what I am dealing with and would like a new passages side mirror cap that fits properly. The driver side mirror fits almost as good as the stock mirror cap and looks good I would like the other one to match.
