Watch out.! The graduation markings printed on both 12 Oz and 20 Oz pitchers are incorrect! The markings printed in Oz are OK, but the ones printed in metric unit, ml, are incorrect. If you use metric markings on the 20 oz pitcher, you will put up to 45 ml too much of liquid in the pitcher. I used graduated lab beakers to determine the errors.You can easily notice that something is wrong with the markings if you pay attention to the product description photos. For 20 oz pitcher, “20 oz” marking is printed between “580 ml” and “540 ml” markings at about 560 ml. Using a unit conversion table, one can find out easily that 20 US fluid ounces should be converted to 591 ml instead of about 560 ml. It seems that the manufacturer made a mistake and applied wrong conversion factor in determining the positions for metric markings. For instance, 20 imperial, not US, fluid ounces would be converted to 568 milliliters as the markings on the pitcher indicate. Also, in addition, the metric graduation markings for 20 oz pitcher were shifted. So, the combined worst case error is 50 ml for the 20 oz pitcher. For the 12 oz pitcher, there is no shift of the markings and the worst case error would be 20 ml.Other than that they are good products.I bought only 12 oz and 20 oz products and I haven’t seen other size products. However, judging from the product description photos for other sizes, I think that 32 oz product would have the same issue, but 50 oz and 66 oz products may be free of the same issue.

Milk Steaming Pitcher is of a good quality stainless steel. Easy to clean, the handle is firm. One thing that doesn't work me is that I bought a 12oz size and it is too small to use on a stove with open fire. I always afraid to burn my hands and I have one one burner that can barely fit this pitcher size. Other than that no complaints.
