For the price this locket is so worth it! The locket itself is great quality (the chain could be stronger but then again this is not an expensive product and you can always change the chain.). I had the company do the pictures which also came out very nice and they even provided extra copies precut into the heart shape and size which is very much appreciated. The engraving also came out beautiful. I had emailed the shop owner just to make sure that the engraving was done correctly and they were very responsive and it came out great! It also came in a nice jewelry box. Definitely recommend. Also shipping said it was going to take until July but it came within two weeks which was nice!

I love this locket so much. It stays shut very well. It looks very beautiful. I didn't much care for the chain that it came on it but I plan on messing with it anyway you can see in the photo what I did to it. The message was engraved perfectly and is nice and clear and beautiful. This is going to be a gift for my ten-year-old and I am so stinking excited to give it to her! Yes it ships from China, but it came super fast. It was perfectly on time. It even said that it might come after my kids birthday but I took a Gamble and it showed up nice and early. I love it. I will be buying this again the next time I need a personalized locket. Love love love! Good job guys and thank you so much

First off, the item looks great for the price and it's great that it is customizable. The quality of the actual pendant is good for the price, the chain however does look very cheap but that is to be expected and can be replaced. The reason I took off 2 stars was because I specifically asked for 3 words to be engraved on it in 3 separate lines and not all together. The seller did not do that so that was disappointing.

I would rather not post pictures because my children's pictures are in them as well as my husband who has passed away however the quality of the actual pictures and locket itself is definitely worth the price and even more in some ways. HOWEVER, the chain and the little welded round piece at the top is the cheapest dollar tree looking thing I've ever seen. I don't even safe with them wearing it because I'm scared the thing will break. I'm super disappointed about it

Told them necklace was of poor quality and looked cheesy. Clasp missing to connect. Tried to return it, but they will not accept it because they said it wasn't a quality issue?!?!?! I WILL NOT purchase from them again! Stay away from this seller! Looks like something on clearance from the Dollar Tree!

I absolutely adore this locket! It is so delicate and beautiful, and the engravings were gorgeous. I was also pleasantly surprised that they put the pictures in the locket for me! And they provided extra copies of them! The only reason I only give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the chain it came with was very long and not adjustable, so I had to change it out for one that was. But it is so gorgeous and I will treasure it forever!

Got this for my daughter. It is a bit larger than thought but it is great quality and I loved having the photos done and placed inside so I didn’t have to do it. It also came with a few spare photos, sized and shaped to replace the ones inside if lost. Worth the buy!

Arrived sooner than I thought. The locket is cute. It comes in a cute box that is perfect for a gift if your giving it as a gift. And the chain is pretty strong.I had mine engraved and uploaded the pictures. The pictures were inside the locket when it arrived and it had extra copies with it.
