Need to figure out the fogged up problem.
Received Nov 14 and installed first week of Dec. It took me a while to figure out how to mount it since Revo don’t have the right junction box for their Ultra product line. I emailed for help in finding the right junction box but did not get any reply. I guess their only good for technical support not installation support. When I finally installed it the first night it fogged up and this is Hawaii and the second day same thing. Also, this fisheye camera is not good for low ceiling, 10ft and below because the image are so cramped hard to see the details even at 4K. I’m returning this one and buy just the Revo turret camera with zoomable lens and audio.

REVO cams
I have purchased several of these REVO cameras over several years. The cameras are great when they are working correctly. Coverage is great and night coverage is great. However, if they fail it is not easy to get any response from the company regarding repairs available or parts to purchase. That makes the cameras less than the best. I may need to look at a different brand for follow up services. I'm disappointed there isn't better service with REVO!

Great camera, with audio capability
Great camera. I bough the 16 camera system but I was unaware that the cameras did not have audio. So I found this camera and used it on my current system. My favorite part about the REVO systems is their customer service. Setup can get difficult, but anytime I’ve called for help I have been impressed. No complaints, and I do recommend this item.

Great IP camera's at an amazing price on Amazon Warehouse Deals
I found this two pack of Revo IP camera's on Amazon Warehouse Deals at a great price. The description said used, but they arrived in great shape. I really like the Revo camera system. I have had mine for over two years with no issues.

not weather resistant
These are rated for indoor/outdoor and i already have fog inside the lens one day after install. It is no where near the temperature limit to which they would be effected regarding the weather. Too late to return of course.

Bad
These cameras are sold without the respective adapters and connectors and for that reason I can’t even use them yet. So for me really bad way of selling something that’s missing everything that’s needed to make them work.
