Excellent quality!
I purchased the #2 medium size bag and have already eaten half of the bag. It's so good in tabbouleh, especially with garden tomatoes and parsley! It tastes very fresh and does come with a best date on the package. It takes me about an hour or a little less to soak a cup of it in water and lemon juice to prepare it before using it. No complaints here and will be ordering more soon.
