Artesà Mini Glass Butter Cloche, 9 x 9.5 cm (3.5" x 3.5") & KitchenCraft Stainless Steel Butter Curler Tool, 18 x 5 cm (7" x 2")

Absolutely love this little butter cloche, but out of the two dishes I originally ordered, one had a convex bottom which made the dish rock from side to side. Had to return it for a refund and reorder the item, but the next one that arrived has a completely lopsided brim (see photo). Refunded that one, as well, but still need a second dish of adequate quality. Another minus is the company website address that is printed on the bottom of this pretty dish - v unnecessary.

I like this little cloche. It's just right for one person. I store most of the butter in the fridge and use a little to fill this cloche up as high as I can and keep it out of the fridge. I then always have butter ready for spreading. It's glass and looks good on the table or counter top. Very easy to wash and keep clean. Be aware that it's quite small and really only suitable for one person to use as it doesn't hold a large amount of butter. I may even buy more as they would look good on the table for individuals at a dinner party.

This is a nice butter dish but it's far too small. I make my own butter and shape it into rounds so wanted a nice dish rather than use a ramekin. Sadly this is too small. You can only fit a tablespoon of butter in the bottom and maybe a teaspoon amount on top of that. Anymore & the lid doesn't shut. I looked at the dimensions but it wasn't clear for me that it holds so little actual butter.

Having purchased and was pleased with Artesa small sauce boats, I decided to buy one butter cloche to see if this would be an equally good purchase. Initially, I thought they were expensive and wondered if the outlay for 4-6 would be worth it but the item I received was solidly built, well packaged and I could instantly see more uses for it than simply as butter cloches. If you enjoy entertaining, they will grace the table. look expensive, and wash well. I will definitely be ordering at least three more.

This is a stylish addition to any table. It’s heavy, classy and good to look at. The first item got lost in the mail, however customer services were straight on to it and sent a replacement immediately, no quibbles. Great customer service. This item wouldn’t look out of place at the table of any high class hotel. I can’t wait to show it off at Christmas.

Just what I wanted. Small and pretty and well made.The makers name across the bottom was slightly irritating, but 3 sessions in my dishwasher have completely removed this, without clouding the glass at all.

5 stars all the way. Beautiful little cloche I’m really pleased with my purchase and plan to buy again. Don’t really understand the Rate features stars “easy to spread” & “warmth”. I use my item as a large dappen dish. I think I may buy to use as individual butter dishes. Happy customer

First one arrived chipped, replacement also chipped. Bought another and thankfully it arrived intact. Lovely item but don’t know whether to go through with ordering another as disappointed with first two!
