Great idea! These egg shaped balls are decorative and helpful to my husband's hand therapy. They come with several helpful exercises to try.

Too small for my purpose. My bad 😞

I love these exercise balls. They have a number of different consistencies so are easier and harder to squeeze. They are all different colors so you will know instantly what the strength is in the color you choose. They fit in your hand nicely.

The ball is so small it is difficult to squeeze it. My son has one twice the size and more maleable and I like it a lot better.

People with arthritis in their hands tend to limit what they do when it comes to things that increase the pain. My doc said that's not good because hands can lose their flexibility when you do that. He said the exercise balls can help keep hands flexible and make them stronger so you can do more things, no longer avoiding the pain caused by some tasks. An example: lifting a jug of milk hurts one hand so I've been lifting it with both hands. Better, my doc says, is the build up the strength in my hands so I don't have to make adjustments like that in daily tasks. He told me to do the exercises for 10 minutes twice a day.The balls come in various strengths so you can build up to more resistance. There's a guide included that shows a lot of different exercises you can do. The packaging is good. You get a drawstring bag to keep them in and the balls are completely washable. They will feel a bit sticky when you remove them from their individual plastic zip bags, and washing them removes that stickiness. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Liked holding them in my hands and it did help by squeezing it, helping my muscles adapt to flex my hands and muscles in my arm/hand!
