My only complaint — a minor one: This cover seems just a little thicker than the original (or maybe the attached adhesive is thicker than the glue used for the original) so the edge of the cover sticks up a bit and catches a little, rather than being flush with the camera bump.The installation was as expected -- challenging for me due to tiny parts in small spaces. The included tools are good, but the “wet” wipe was totally dry; I used a couple of drops of rubbing alcohol. During the replacement process, I could not get the camera to focus. That turned out to be a software problem unrelated to this product and restarting the camera app fixed it.

The one thing I found confusing was that it wasn't clear how the adhesive worked. When you remove the old lens, the adhesive looks brown, so I wasn't sure if the brown ring around the new lens was the adhesive or if I had to remove something.You have to use the forceps to remove the cover on the adhesive. Apply the lens to the phone when all you can see is a clear ring of adhesive around the lens (nothing brown, no paper left).

the lens cover Appears small, but this is illusory. Groove it goes into has black ring around it and thus fits ok. I heated it up a bit with a hair dryer but getting old lens out req patience, using the knife tip very careful to not scratch camera and patient to get every bit old adhesive....this very important I think. i guess one positive thing about it is that it is cheap and includes a couple of tools that might be useful for other things.

Excellent, great to have the adhesive pre-installed. Easy, no, not easy to get the old glass out, mine only had a single crack, and even with heat I eventually decided to crush it completely which let me remove piece by piece. Anyway can’t tell the difference, sits just proud of the bezel like factory, color rendition perfect. Is it scratch resistant sapphire? time will tell. Is it waterproof? I’m not going to trust it. Does it look new and solve the flare the crack was causing, you bet it does.

Really straightforward glass replacement. They include two, which is good because the adhesive on one was much less aligned than the one I used. Not going to be as waterproof as if you use proper adhesive, but it works good for a super quick replacement.

Followed directions via YouTube (just googled how to fix camera lense on iPhone 7. Took my time and used my heat gun (embossing tool for scrapbooking)- that made it a lot easier! I have never fixed a phone like this- such a cheap and easy DIY. Also, have a good lamp handy- makes a difference to have good lighting!

Has all the right tools for the job. Meant it was easy to replace.
