NMC P4GR U-Channel Post – 3.1 in. x 4 ft. Steel Post with Green Enamel Coating, 1pk

I have bought these before. They are heavy duty and well galvanized. They are commercial grade signposts. Definitely sturdy and hold up and wind. That may cost a little bit more but they are worth every penny.

I had two aluminum sign posts destroyed by our landscaper that mows our grass. I guess he didn't like mowing around them so destroyed them to elimate them. He won't be destroying this! This post would destroy his lawn mower instead.We had to dig a hole about 12" deep and then pounded the post down about another 12". It's not going anywhere and since it's so thick and heavy duty, it's not going to be bent in half.And this is galvanized steel so it will last a lifetime! I'll never have to buy another one.Exactly what I needed! Thank you!

This sign post is as tough as an anvil. It is a high quality sign post that is as good as any sign post I have ever seen on any sign on any street anywhere. Very thick metal. Very heavy for its size. This is the real thing. Rather than digging a hole I drove it in to the ground with a sledge hammer. After about 50 good hits with a sledge hammer it was in the ground for good. It did not bend or deform under very hard hits with the sledge hammer. This should last for 40+ years.

The good: These are terrific sign posts. Monster-tough steel.The bad: I just received the “2PK”— but with only one post in the box.The great: Immediately contacted Amazon Customer Support and a new 2PK (or maybe a one-pack, we shall see) is already on the way to me. Thank you Amazon.

The sign posts were perfect. They arrived quickly, they are the perfect height, and after pounding them into the ground with a ten pound sledge hammer, they don't even look niched up. Good quality product.
