Hamster drop down the cage it's not safe! Txt the person who selling the item and they don't even care! The doors don't shut right frame all bent. Ladders wat came with the cage have no grip on. It's not made for pet! More for a doll house 😑 IT'S NOT FIT FOR SMALL ANIMALS IT'S A DANGEROUS CAGE! Putting ur Pets at risk if u buy this cage, glad my lil Harry ok

Wow. What a horrendous item. I ordered this item in June (6 months ago) and when it arrived I honestly thought it was a joke. The product is a ridiculously a small size, flimsy, the parts do not fit together. I cannot dream of putting an animal inside it. It’s basically like if you were going to order a hamster cage for a barbie doll. On top of this, the amount of plastic that it is sent in is enough to make David Attenborough have a heart attack. After sending the item back pretty much instantly, I have been waiting ever since for my refund. Where the hell is my refund?

WASTE OF MONEY
Cheap, flimsy product that came with no instructions. Buckled bars throughout and the top opening did not close, kind of defeats the purpose of a cage really!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! In the process of returning it and obtaining a refund I found the seller to be obstructive. Not a good buy.

Super decu et en colère pour la tres mauvaise qualité
Mauvaise qualité 2 barreaux ce sont desouder obliger de mettre des liens de renfort pour tenir les grilles, les escaliers glisse pour mon hamster donc obliger de mettre un anti glissant et de scotcher lechelle pour pas quelle bouge et la roue ne tient pas a la grille bref vraiment déçu !!! Celà mérite un remboursement .
