Rosacare CC Hydrogel 2 fl oz – Color-Correcting Redness Relief Gel with Hyaluronic Acid, Cucumber & Licorice Root for Sensitive Skin

With long term use, this moisturizer has improved the texture and look of my skin so much. I keep coming back to this product even though I’m slightly addicted to trying other moisturizers- this is the one thing I keep coming back to and for good reason. When I first tried this product I can honestly say I wasn’t too impressed. In fact, I remember it feeling off and my skin not agreeing with it. I decided to give it another try a few months later and maybe it was a change in my skin routine, or waiting until my face was completely dry but the product worked out much better for me. The green tint is NOT “concealing” however it does help calm the redness even if slight. My skin almost immediately looks less red and not because it’s being concealed… but because it feels calmer. It is cooling on the skin. I do think the green tint helps but this is not makeup and is not advertised as such. It is a skincare product. That’s actually what I love about it- it reduces redness naturally over a length of time and use, it’s not “concealing” anything temporarily. Not just the redness but my skin texture has significantly improved as well. I’ve had people who’ve known me for years compliment my skin and tell me how smooth it appears and how great my skin looks while this was in my daily regimen. Which brings me to a final point of the only complaint I have is that this product used to be available at CVS in the first aid section. I have looked time and time again for over a year and sure enough, apparently it’s not sold in stores anymore? I see the bruise one but there’s actually no section for this exact product any longer. I have looked at the price tags on the shelves in desperation and it no longer exists. I am grateful and happy that I’m able to order this through Amazon, but it’s disappointing I can’t just pick it up in person anymore. I temporarily used la roche posay green tinted moisturizer.. forgot the name but it was nothing in comparison to how this Rosacare makes my skin appear and feel. I hope this review helps someone, give it a try if you’re on the fence it is really such an awesome product.

Oh my gosh what an excellent product. I’ve been searching high and low and I’ve found something for my rosacea that actually works. My right cheek is the worst when it flares up, which lately has been everyday, while my left cheek is red, but not as bad as my right. My right cheek gets so hot and nothing has worked until now. It calms it down and reduces the redness almost immediately. I use it twice a day as instructed, morning and night and it just looks like I’ve got rosy cheeks again. I finally found something that’ll work when my stepson gets married in September. Boy am I glad I found this. It comes out green and it has a nice consistency to it. The green fades as you rub it in. It spreads nicely and the pump doesn’t plug up at all like some other pumps do and you don’t have to worry about trying to pick out the clogged stuff as there isn’t any. It doesn’t dry out my face at all, but rather moisturizes it well. This stuff goes a very long way, so it’ll last a long time and the price point is nice and you get a lot of product for the price. All in all I highly recommend this product.

So I have severe rosecea, predominantly on my face and elbows. Without any product on my skin, it's gets irritated, dry, and sometimes flakes of dead skin. I have tried many creams and or products claiming to be for rosecea, and they make my skin more irritated or they do not work at all. I have tried this for 4 months so far, and this has been the best that's worked for my rosecea skin. I use it with the serum as well and my skin has improved some. I still have some redness in my severe areas like nose and upper cheek, buts it's triggered by sweat, salt and sunlight. It's about a 60 percent in skin clearance. Less irration. The cream is green tinted, but super soothing and absorbs very quickly.

I do think that this is a descent product, but definitely wouldn’t consider it an all in one moisturizer as it claims to be. As a product aimed to people who have rosacea or sensitive skin I felt as though it absorbed very quickly, which as my skin leans to be more oily, is something that I tend to like so it doesn’t make my skin look greasy or shiny. It felt very soothing on the skin, and leaving it in the fridge even amplifies the soothing properties. The consistency is a very light gel, and in terms of a fragrance, there is a very faint natural smell that dissipates just as quickly as it absorbs into the skin, and I am very sensitive to products with any kind of smell and this didn’t bother me at all. I bought this to be used as a light moisturizer to be applied before sunscreen, as I felt the consistency would lay nicely under my sunscreen but I experienced pilling majority of the time, even when I waited 15-20 minutes, which most mornings I hardly have 5 minutes. The longevity is not long lasting if you are buying this as a moisturizer to be used as the final step in your night routine, which i saw pilling less it this instance, but I hate to say it might my skin feel even more dry than before applying it. So as far as the value for money, it is very reasonably priced and the ingredients has a lot of very beneficial ingredients, which I am a sucker with anything with licorice root, so I really was excited to try this product and in terms of helping to bring down the redness of my skin, which if you are buying this thinking is is going to take away any redness, for me it help a little initially but it’s short lived if any at all. So initially it felt great on my skin, and I have played around with it a bit and of course applying to to damp skin helps and I would give it at least a 10 minute wait time before and after to apply any other products to avoid pilling so if you have a long skincare routine this might be hard to factor in, but in the morning it’s to finicky for me to mess around with and at night it’s too drying to be used, which I use tretinoin most nights, and it pilled up if I applied it before and wasn’t moisturizing enough after so skincare is very personalized and I know that this is very reasonably priced and it has so many soothing and great ingredients aimed for people with rosacea or sensitive skin.

It absorbs very quickly, the texture is like a gel creme and it’s really light weight. I have rosacea and I am applying morning and night. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me and hurt my skin

First time I’ve tried a rosacea cream and this cream had pretty much immediate results. I’m 60 and getting compliments on how good my skin looks after a weeks use. I had been on antibiocs cream a week before and this cream is very gentle and effective. I couldn’t be happier with it. I did the research and highly recommend for daily use.

Honestly, I didn't have any expectations about this product but it's really good. Since the first time you can see the results I recommend 100%

Fonctionne très bien pour les rougeurs et un peu moins pour les poussées de boutons. Je suis tout de même satisfaite du produit car il améliore ma peau. Aucune réaction allergique. Le produit n'est pas gras et s'applique facilement.
