This home theater seating offered what I needed in a compact inexpensive design.Our theater room is not large so I needed chairs that would hug the back of the room and would fit the width we had available. The middle loveseat was ideal for my wife and I as we are empty nesters. The extra seats allow for her father.The only concern after receipt was the parachute cord handle for the left love seat. I figured that it would eventually fray. The other three seats were all actuated with a lever. After about four years the parachute cord frayed.I called customer support and Brittany O. assisted me in getting a replacement cord. Seatcraft shipped the part the day I requested it. Due to COVID-19 express shipping took longer than it usually would.Brittany followed up, by phone, to make sure I received the part and that it was the correct one. The new parachute cord had a longer stem attached to the handle to keep the wire from being frayed, a much better design.I am happy with my theater seats and extremely happy with customer support for getting me what I needed to continue to enjoy them.
