Will they fit in a globe with air plants?

It depends on the size of the Globe. They are made for HO Scale Trains.

Do the trees have stands?

no they do not. I use a 1 foam board as my top layer so they just push in. On my last layout I drilled holes for the trees

Can they get wet? I plan to use them for my fairy gardens so they'll be outside in the open.

I put the palm trees in my outdoor garden three weeks ago they’ve held up fine in the weather. They have a plastic pin-like stand on the bottom and I pushed them into the soil.

Can i use these for a jumping spider enclosure?

They would look great in one & probably a good size for that. But I have no idea if they are safe for a spider.
