Okay, but didn’t last long
I bought 2 of these in the hopes they would work well. At first they did. Within a week of using them they started losing their charge within 10 minutes.

Didn’t work
It broke within a week. What’s nice is it came with a little light that I still use but it was so good and suddenly it just stopped working. Don’t buy.

Nice product, no support.
For a small size unit, this works well. It doesn't take up much space on my desk and makes almost no noise. It keeps me comfortably cool. Only problem, is it requires replacement sponges every 3 months. It comes with one replacement, but no info on how to order more. The instruction sheet says to consult the merchant I purchased the unit from. If I can't find more replacement sponges, the unit will become useless once the two I have wear out.I am changing my review from 4 star to 1 star due to the total lack of customer support. I messaged the company asking for info on how to purchase replacement sponges. I was told to call Customer Support. I found it impossible to get through. An Amazon representative also tried to get through on my behalf. It is not possible. I messaged the vendor and was told I would receive an answer within 3 days. I am still waiting. The sponges are said to be good for 2 months each. The unit comes with 2 sponges. When they are gone the unit will become useless.I am once again changing my review, this time from 1 star to 4 star. I was unable to contact Customer Support by phone, so I e mailed. The response I got was noncommital, saying something like "thank you for contacting us." To my surprise, I later received in the mail a package of extra sponges, at no added charge. Customer Support could be improved, but other than that I'm happy with the unit so far. For a small desktop cooler, it's great.

The media could not be loaded. The fan sounds louder than it is lol it’s pretty compact. It’s not as cool as I wanted it to be. Overall still recommend it.

For a tiny thing, it works better than expected
Only 2 problems I have found are minor. Directions/ information ALL Spanish! No English or other language! The little light you can plug in for reading or seeing it’s buttons can not be turned off. You must unplug it completely. The level of cool air it provides is quite surprising given its small size. Great for bedside table .

It keeps you cool.
I like this product very,very,very much. You put ice cubes, and cold water from the refrigerator. Put this on a high table beside your rocking chair. And relax and feel the very cool breeze. Energy sufficient 5*****

Pretty cool.
Easy to use, quiet, and actually works pretty well. I was able to bring up humidity and lower temperature for an indoor plant.

Buy Arctic Air instead ! This is a rip off and too late to return it!
At first I loved the product on day one and use 1 and after that it was all downhill. Cheap product - water leaked from bottom. I wish I can return it but I am past the date of returning. Can we say recycle bin? Wouldn’t even give it away!

Great, nice looking, little chiller
Great product. Works really well sitting on my desk in the heat. I’m looking forward to using it as a humidifier in the drier months.

Cool consept works good
The bottom is a little sketchy would be better if it was threaded but it definitely blows cool moist air good for a night stand
