And also burdened with rough, calloused feet impervious to pedicures or anything marketed as a solution...$$$$...I finally found this all-in-one miracle! The first time I used it, it stung a bit because my leg hair especially was very coarse, plus the process was a bit laborious. But with every use, my hairs became softer and the time it took lessened. Some might find it “painful” but no pain no gain! The little discomfort and time beats anything I’ve ever used! I have only used the shaving and filing heads, but those are worth it by themselves. The price is cheap in comparison to what you would pay for any other so-called cures and gadgets. The only downside is eventually you will have to buy replacements for the callous remover but they are available. Just use the name on the box to search. HongSheng. They’re reasonably priced and last quite a while. My 22-year-old granddaughter inherited my skin woes so once I discovered this gem, I sent her one as a birthday gift. She called me when she opened it and was so excited. She called the next day to yell at me that it was the best present she’d ever gotten in her life!! In her life? Yes, in her life! Boy, did I score! She still reports to me regularly about how she’s still in love. Full confession. I just bought a replacement for mine, but that’s my fault, I think. I’ve been using the device partially charged with the cord plugged in on the device to do my work. It rotates faster with the boost. After more than a year of use, the charger plug failed. I guess using it that way put strain on the nub that plugs into the device. Who knows? Anyway, I had certainly gotten a year’s worth of use and more, so I bought another and am presently using my old unit with my new charger plug! I encourage you to give it a shot. What’ve you got to lose? If you don’t like it, return it. But I’ll bet you won’t.

I used it for my legs, armpits, and bikini area. Bikini and armpits were fine, but it hurts A TON. Hopefully it will get better lol. I watched a video that said if you press down harder, it hurts less - idk about that, but if you press down harder, it works better. Especially in curved places (i.e. armpits). Epilating your legs with this particular products is kinda unreasonable. The head is too small for such a big area. I think I'm gonna order a different brand with a bigger head (more tweezers) for the bigger leg area. Anyway, it's BOGO if you review them.P.S. DON'T EPILATE OVER RAISED FRECKLES/MOLES. There was blood everywhere 😬.

It works great. A little painful on sensitive areas (face and underarms) but tolerable, very comfortable on legs. My only complaint is that it stopped working after less than 7 months. After fully charged, it would spin very sluggishly as if running out of battery. After many pushes and shoves, it would spin a little more, then stop. Now it stopped working completely despite indicator showing it is fully charged. I would find a similar product that is of better quality next time.

This is my first (and only) experience with an epilator, so I have no comparison to other brands. This epilator is fantastic! Super easy to use and has a bunch of different attachments (I haven’t used all of them yet, but I like that they’re there!). It can take some getting used to at first, it can and most likely will hurt a little bit when you first use it, but after a few sessions it won’t hurt at all. I have not had to shave in weeks and I love that. I use this in combo with a hair inhibitor and it really helps reduce hair growth and I’ve noticed it’s made my hair less coarse and more fine. There are two settings on the epilator itself: one for coarse hair, and one for fine hair, so this works out perfectly for me. The only reason I deducted a start (and I was extremely hesitant to do so), is because of the charging times. The instructions state to charge it for roughly 10 hours after each use, which is crazy. Not exactly convenient, but it gets a pass as the epilator itself is awesome. Great value for never having to shave. Definitely pick this up if you’re tired of shaving as frequently. (Also I’d recommend using it in combo with Don’t Grow There hair inhibitor for maximum effectiveness!)

I was replacing a high end epilator, so was a little leery that this purchase would feel cheap and like it wasn't made to last. I'm relieved to find that this is a very good epilator with many of the features of my former model, and even more uses. I like the way the different heads snap in. Cleaning the hairs when done is pretty easy. It does a great job pulling the hairs on both body and face, but goes much better if you follow the directions and exfoliate the skin first. UPDATE: I will still give this 5 stars, but I had to return it. I have very sensitive skin and coarse mustache and chin hairs. Unfortunately, I have to epilate every other day, and make several "runs" over the same area. I found after a few weeks that my skin was not doing well. I would not recommend this product for sensitive skin and coarse facial hair.

I purchased this over the summer. At first it was great (as in it worked great- it was VERY painful at first). Then, I began to notice I was getting ingrown hairs, which I almost never get. I tried using it in the shower- the epilating function does NOT work when hair is wet. Now, it doesn't hold a charge or work when the charger is plugged in. If you're interested in epilating but don't want to spend a ton of money just to find out you dont like it then this is for you. I imagine the more expensive epilators dont have these problems. Its good for a trial, not good as a long term part of your routine.
