Just want to confirm that this does work with the SELPHY cp1500 printer. I was trying to find something that specifically says that it does and it was the hardest thing ever to figure out. I hope this helps someone else that may be trying to figure that out.Battery works great and lasts a long time and holds a charge for a long time as well.

I was a little concerned that buying a cheaper, not from the original maker version of this battery for my Selphy C3100 printer wouldn't work, because sellers on Amazon, especially overseas ones, can be sketchy. But It has been very useful. The charge does take about 4 hours, but it can literally last you all day after that. I bought two batteries because I am a photographer and like to print my client's photos. CookieSnaps HTX So perfect for on the go! Shame on the canon company for not selling the battery with the printer, and not telling you that it isn't included.

I am a professional Santa Claus and I offer the use of a Canon Selphy CP1300 to my customers. We ran the printer during a recent event on this battery. It worked flawlessly. It lasted the whole two hours of nearly constant printing. I have two but did not need the spare for this event. The charger uses the printer's power cord.These are good batteries that really add to the printer's functionality by increasing the portability. You no longer need to be near an outlet to use the printer.

Great battery and decent charger. The charger relies on the cable from the Canon selphy itself ot be plugged in and work. The charger has an led indicator for charging/charged that seems inconsistent when plugged in, in that it does not always indicate it is charging the battery even though it likely is (hence 4 stars).

Works great and came a day early!!!

Update: The battery lasted several days with occasional use. I love it.I just bought this because when I go to crops, sometimes I have to crawl under a table to plug in the printer. I charged this up and am seeing how long the battery lasts. So far one full day and about 20 prints. I'll update when the battery runs out.

Did not work on arrival. Requested exchange June 17, it is now over a month later and no exchange no refund and zero attempts to contact me back. Don't know how well they work when they do work,but I want my money back now. I'll buy from a different source.

I am happy with this battery, altho hooking up the charging cords with the power block took a little figuring! I would have given 5's across the board, but I also don't know about the durability yet, since I have had it only a short time. So far, so good, though!
