I just received my laptop cover and it has such a beautiful design. Unfortunately, my order didn't fit my computer, it was a little to big for my model. I contacted the seller to know about their return policy and they answered immediately. They were very kind and offered to replace my cover for the correct size for free and without returning the cover I have right now. I am beyond amazed at this company's customer service and how nice they were to me. I recommend them fully!

I ordered a beautiful laptop case for my new Macbook Air and while it was gorgeous, it just didn't seem to fit properly. I reached out to the seller and they replied back shortly thereafter, letting me know the information I'd need to provide them with (a code on the bottom of my laptop) so that they could determine the correct size case and send it to be, free of charge. They also said that I could keep the original case. I'll find a friend or colleague who needs it and share it with them. I would definitely buy from this seller again! Beautiful cases and excellent customer service!

This case is exactly what I expected! It's beautiful and it doesn't look cheap. I love the real wood texture, it came nicely packaged, I also appreciate that it came with a screen protector. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone.

The most valuable for me that there are no finger prints left on the case surface - been looking for this for a long time and already gave up to find one with this feature:) Case itself is thick and durable. The only issue is that it took some effort to put it on and on one side it doesn’t fit a tiny bit

The product my have taken awhile to arrive but the quality was great. its easy to install and durable. My initial order did not fit and when my inquiry for an exchange was sent to the seller they responded so quick and gave me pointers on what code/number to look for proper fit in a specific laptop. They offered me a case that will fit my mac pro and I didn't have to return the original case that was sent to me. Fits perfectly and easy to install. The only little disadvantage- personally I don’t use keyboard cover since it reflects the sound (speakers are located under both sides of a keyboard). It looks good anyways

So I ordered the Cream green & blue case for my 13” MacBook Pro w/ touchbar and didn’t realize I ordered the wrong one until it arrived in the mail. Let’s also take note that I didn’t do anything about it for a month and a half🥴 HOWEVER!! I decided to contact the seller recently and they were super understanding about it and even offered to send me a case for free that would fit my laptop. 10/10 service for that! I also am in love with the look and feel of the case. Would definitely recommend buying.

Love this protective cover for my Mac! After spilling a cup of tea on my laptop I feel better knowing that my keyboard is covered! And the outer shell is awesome. It’s a great product

I absolutely love the hard case. Perfect fit, beautiful colour and has a nice rubbery feel to it. I only give it 4 stars because the keyboard skin leaves much to be desired. The print is slightly off center in places and the colour is dull, unlike the case. There is also a gap between the keys and the cover making it hard to type.
