Very acceptable.
I am new to using incontinence underwear. I admit this product is much better than anticipated. While I was in a Rehab Center, they introduced me to the pull-ups and I found them horrid. They were plastic so very hot and cut in the groin area. So, when I received these Tena’s, I was delighted to find them comfortable, very soft and actually fit. The coverage is very good and, so far, no leaks. Although, I hope to use them no longer than necessary, I find this selection to be quite acceptable.

Excellent quality.

Fit
The waist is too high, and I end up cutting it lower with a pair of scissors. Otherwise they fit. I’m petite, but I have trouble with the fit of other brands. And, yes unfortunately it feels a bit bulky. Unscented.

confidently, go out in public without a worry
Like you, I wish I didn't need incontinence underwear, but age and injury require it. I've tried multiple brands, including ones that were much more expensive, but I came back to these. They are affordable (compared to other brands). Just as important to me is that nobody will know you're wearing them, provided you're not wearing snug-fitting clothes. The last thing I want to do is announce to the world that I need incontinence underwear.

It changed for the worse.
I used to buy this product from -at least- a year ago, it was good. I went into hip-surgery, so I ordered recently again. Unfortunately, it is not the same product at all, though it seems to be. The inside material was changed -from being good- to now being the worst quality imaginable. There is no real absorbency in it, becoming a leaky un-proven product. Let me be clear: it reminds me of the ads for baby diapers from some time ago, that showed a comparison between dry and absolute wet diaper when the baby pee. Of course, the price remained the same. If you are looking for a quality product, keep looking on the market! Perhaps the manufacturer reads this comments and offers something better, or other brand does it!

Sturdy enough to use replaceable pads during the day
It is difficult to replace the pants every time, so we use a pad inside the pants that can be pulled out and replaced (as long as the pants are still dry). Other pants we tried would rip when the pad was pulled out. These will stand up to the pad removal, and they also hold a lot of liquid when needed.

After Depends, these are just so comfortable! After
After my horrible UTI which put me in the hospital for 5 very long days in December, I had be dependent on Depends for uncontrollable leaking and frequency problems. Then, I decided to try a switch to something that would do the same, only a bit cheaper. I got these. What a difference! No where as near as tight and hard to put on, though the same size. Feel almost like the real underwear I would wear. They also seem to be less "irritating" and causing the leaking problems I had. I know this is a bit much, but if you want comfort without the price....just a tad cheaper, they should be worth the try. I think I will stay with these, for sure!
