Didn't work for me.
I've used for almost a month and decided to not continue. I had trouble swallowing as they are a little on the larger side and no matter how much water I consumed, they kept getting stuck so I had to push them down with a bite from my meal. I also started noticing my stomach expanding. I weighed myself and the numbers went the wrong way. Lol
