IVS Portal 4" Aquarium Viewer

My particular tank is 28 inches wide. The item is only worth using if particular corals are within 4-6 inches of the magnifier. Any other items you may care to view inside the tank are a strain on the eyes.

Pros:Nice to see the details with the portal viewerIt can be used to clean some algae off the tankSeems to be well builtCons:Not that great as cleaning magnetHas a limited range to view close ups, but I've read they're working on or already have another lens to view objects further from the original lens.Summary:I got the portal viewer to see close ups of SPS coral in my tank and that's exactly what this does. The range of view is somewhere around 16" for a nice clear image. Any further and it gets blurry. A little over priced for what it does, but it does it's job. Great way to inspect coral for any pests.

Very disappointed brought as a Christmas present for my autistic 8 yr old who loves our family fish tank I don't recommend the item was cheap looking didn't fulfil description and a total waste of money like a cheap magnifying glass and to add insult the vendor didn't post until 23/12 even though I ordered and paid nearly 3 weeks before and then the icing on the cake !! 24£ import custom tax . Totally do appointed overpriced cheap looking product don't waste your time or money x

I have a 60 gallon acrylic reef tank and the Portal works great to show off the awesome detail in the coral and makes new growth easy to identify. Not the best as a tank cleaner but holds well to tank and rounds corners easily. If you have a reef tank this is a no brainer.

When my son opened this gift he was so surprised and very happy! He never thought that I would get him something that he has wanted for a very long time! He has a huge salt water fish tank and he will be using this often!

Absolutely love the portal……..i want more,,,for my 200 gal reef tank……I really like the fact that you can look through it at a great distance and still see clearly……it really gives you a new perspective into your reef that you can't get otherwise...

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE LOVES IT AND HAS ALREADY BUT IN HER LIST FOR THIS YEAR. SHE WANTS ANOTHER ONE FOR THE OTHER SIDE OF TANK.
