When having the blue and amber lights and you make it so you run just blues and the just amber?

No, it alternates between colors. It doesn't allow single color flashes

Has anyone else just recurved the light without anything else? Mine just arrived..no cups, manual or brackets

My first light arrived and not all of the unit was operable. I contacted the seller and they replaced the light. In your situation, I would take the same steps. As for the light to need to consider the county of origin for quality and accuracy.
