Good for wooden door frames
Solid bar perfect for home workouts, suited my needs perfectly. Easy to put up and take down so it's not an eye sore. Installation is straightforward but you'll need to make sure your door frame can accommodate being drilled into.

Requires No Tools or Special Set Up - Just Hang Up and GO
After the foam padding came off our old pullup bar system and discovering that it was cheaper to purchase a new bar as opposed to buying new padding, we purchased the ProsourceFit Multi-Grip Lite Pull Up/Chin Up Bar to replace the old bar. The ProsourceFit Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar is an excellent replacement for our old bar. Unlike our old bar which was literally just a bar that was screwed into the doorframe, this bar is a full system with multiple grips so you can perform your pull-ups while isolating different muscles. You can perform the standard overhand and underhand grips, but this bar allows for the hammer grip where your palms face each other. Because of the bar extends past the doorframe, some may also be able to perform wider stance grips. As far as installation goes, the bar can be installed without the use of any tools - simply hang over the doorframe and you're ready to go. The only "complaint" I have with this bar is that I cannot close the door of our study with it in place - but it's a very minor complaint because it's easy enough to simply lift out of the doorway when needed. Overall, this is a very well-made pull-up bar that the son and husband enjoy using daily as part of their upper body workout. It's reasonably priced, well made, and something I would purchase again.

Quality pull up bar
I've had it for almost a week and use it daily. So far, so good. Well made. The bars give you different exercise options. Good value. I rate it 4/5 only because the instructions could be a lot better. I followed the 2 pictures provided and had it installed in about 20 minutes.

GREAT product! Here to dispell doubts of purchasing due to 1-star ratings
Ok, let me start off by saying that I too, am one of the many that rarely leave reviews here. However, call me hypocritical, but I also tend to check the reviews of an item before buying as well. I saw this product months ago but was rather dispelled about the amount of 1 stars on here... As the Cyber Monday sales approached and saw this item as one of the flash sales, I knew I couldn't pass it up considering that I've wanted one of these bars for a long time.Anyway, I went through majority of the 1-star reviews on here and I have to say DO NOT listen to them. Majority of the complaints are due to difficulty of installing the product... I will let you know that it literally took me about 5 minutes from opening the box to putting it on my door. Albeit, I am a little bit more technically inclined than others due to an engineering background, however, these are SIMPLE instructions (Honestly I didn't even use them, if you ask quite a few of the people on here, I'm pretty sure most of us just looked at page 3 and just looked at the freaking picture that shows you what goes where lol). I'm almost positive my little sister can put this together in a matter of minutes. You need no personal tools considering the screws and allen key are included in the box. So in essence I agree with one of the other reviewers when I say if you can't follow these simple 5 step instructions on the sheet you're probably missing a few upstairs lol.The next complaint I read a lot had to deal with flimsy parts... Well for one, it holds me just fine. I mean I know I'm only 6'0 135 however, referencing back to my engineering background, I can EASILY tell it can hold another 50 lbs with no issue on MY door frame. If your door frame is very fragile, that might be the only issue however, this is not a discredit to the product considering it has nothing to do with the pull up bar but rather the door frame in your house lol. The second thing about the parts saying that they're cheap, well this is honestly I steal of a price for a great product I'm not exactly sure what laser-molded. diamond-encrusted parts you're looking for but for the price you're paying you're easily getting your moneys worth. Now one thing I read which is true is that if you have soft walls like mine, it can leave a ring (about quarter sized) on the side of the door frame from the stem that holds against the wall when it's put up (You'll see what I'm talking about when you get it). Just like the other reviewers have suggested, it's a quick fix.. put a towel or a spacer or something on the end of it on the wall and that takes care of that problem lol. I used a spacer. However once again, this has to do with the pressure of holding you and it's tension vs your wall strength. Not the products fault. If you guys have any other questions about it if you're debating it feel free to ask and I'll definitely respond because I know how it is when you're skeptical about a product and you have a bunch of 1-stars to discourage you.

Good quality pull-up bar
Installed this a couple days ago and was thankful that a template for both 16" and 24" studs was included. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. It is well constructed and seems like it will hold up for many years. Definitely recommend it.

Pull-Up Bar
I've been using a pull-up bar for a while now, and while it has some good points, overall, I'm a bit disappointed with it.The pull-up bar itself is pretty solid and was easy to install. It fits snugly in the doorway and feels secure when I'm doing my exercises. The grips are comfortable, and it allows me to do a variety of workouts without any issues. However, there's one major downside that I can't overlook. Over time, I've noticed that the pull-up bar leaves a black mark on the door header. This mark is quite noticeable and really detracts from the look of the door. No matter how much I clean, the mark just won't go away, which is pretty frustrating. While the pull-up bar does its job well, the issue with the black mark is a big letdown. Because of this, I'm giving it three stars. It could be a fantastic product if the manufacturer could fix this problem.

No manual, very solid.
I bought this telescoping doorframe bar because I need to do dead hangs for my spine, and don't have any room for gym equipment. There's no installation manual, but if you're the slightest bit handy and have a good bubble level (especially a magnetic one), it's very easy to install. I put it in my studio bathroom doorway. I was worried it would be an eyesore, but it's very unobtrusive. As a bonus, now I have somewhere to hang my stage clothes when I'm getting ready for a show.I'm very pleased with my purchase. At first I was upset because only one end would extend, making the hand grips off-center. Then I realized that both ends extend, but the opposite end is righty-loosey, lefty-tighty; this makes sense once I thought about it more, but it confused me initially.
