Broken rice is essential for congee
I lived with my Chinese relatives in college. I learned to love congee. However, tv cooks will tell you to use Japanese rices. Similar but not the same. Awesome stuff. The shipping put leaks into bags and rice all over everything it touched. Great product but could use some tweaks for shipping.

Fantastic Product - Super Fast Shipping & Excellent Customer Service
This was my first time ordering from this company. The shipment was extremely fast and the service was also wonderful. They were quick to answer my questions and genuinely great to work with. I go through a lot of jasmine rice and have tried many brands. The flavor of this one is particularly great. Yes, the rice is broken. If you are curious what that means, just hover over the bag. The size of the grains in the photo are accurate. (Think about half that of normal jasmine.) It is still beautifully textured and more fragrant than any I have tried. My entire kitchen smelled like toasty goodness.

Not just a bag of rice!
We really love jasmine broken rice! This tasted superior to what I’ve tasted, and it comes in a 5 pound bag! I just cooked up my first batch. May even need to order a bigger bag!

Best Rice!
I have been buying this brand of broken Jasmine rice for years. It is the best as far as I am concerned! I like sticky rice…..not a fan of the “drier” rice where each grain is separate when cooked. This rice also tastes very good and cooks perfectly with 2:1 water to rice ratio. I cook it for 20 minutes at low temperature and it never fails. Perfect rice every time!
