This product has clearly been used prior to me receiving it. I didn't have time to send it back as I had to use it. It is also a little weighty and cumbersome.

Le premier exemplaire reçu était déficient : un pseudo-écrou censé bloquer les deux roues du bas sur leur axe était cassé (à noter que j'avais demandé de remplacer uniquement cet écrou sans renvoyer le diable complet, sans la moindre réponse). Le second diable reçu utilisait un système différent de blocage des roues (goupille) mais il n'était visiblement pas neuf (rayures) et dans un emballage très approximatif. En désespoir de cause, je l'ai conservé !

It does require manual use - my Husband. He likes it and I think the builders may have used it also. I did have to send the first one back, it did not have all the parts, the second on did. Just make sure when sending it back, that the delivery man does take the old one. It may not be the same person collecting as taking. It was in my case and so it was a good job I asked, otherwise we would have had to arrange another day for collection.To be fair they did come pretty quickly to bring the new one and were nice on the telephone.
