Definitely safe!
The media could not be loaded. My cat LOVES going for walks, and he is a great walker. I really like this harness a lot. First of all, super cute, lol. But it's pretty easy to put on once your cat knows it means walks. The leash is a good length for exploring because he can go into bushes and not get completely tangled up. It's long enough to have some exploration, but short enough that you can reach around the branch he went under and not have to undo a knot.I think what really makes it stand out is that it's really secure. I read so many reviews on other harnesses that the cats would escape immediately. We go on walks in wooded trails far from our home, and I'm terrified that he'll get loose and we'll never be able to find him again. I don't worry with this. He has escaped, but only once, and that was a rather extreme circumstance. We were on a path that crossed a street, and right as we got across and were still right by the road, a bus came roaring by. I should have heard it coming and picked him up in time, but I didn't and he FREAKED. I don't blame him, it startled even me. But when I went to grab him he was so upset he twisted so much he somehow got lose. Still don't get how. But that was once out of tons of walks with a very, very freaked out cat.I would recommend checking in a safe place that your cat doesn't just automatically freak out when on a leash, but as long as it's not really extreme, there's no worry. He usually doesn't pull, but the few times he's been tempted by a squirrel or something and jerked after it there hasn't been a problem at all, or when we've headed back to the parking lot and a car will pull out (but not close enough to freak - we've learned and pick him up at the end) and he will turn around and sprint down the path the other way, it still holds, even though he's running fast. Even when he jumped off an edge and we didn't jump off after him quite quick enough so he sort of hung there for a sec (poor thing!), the harness held fine.

Very tight
This fits my car perfectly. She doesn’t wriggle around, which is good. It’s nice an firm on her, but not too tight that’ll hurt her.

It's pretty good
It's a pretty good harness. I was able to train my kitten with it pretty easily. It grew with him so I only needed 1 harness through the entire year and it will probably last many more. I will say that it is NOT Escape proof. If you have a cat that does not want to go on a walk and freaks out they can and will get out. It works really well with my kitten because he listens pretty well and is used to it. Keep that in mind before buying.

Fits great and super cute.
Got this for our new little kitten. It doesn't aggravate or bother him so he just wears it comfortably. It has a little bell on it which we love because we can find him when he's hiding as long as he moves occassionally!I love it and recommend it, will totally buy another when he gets bigger.

Not Secure
This is a cute harness and leash, and my black and white tuxedo cat looks so handsome in it. It's also comfortable for him. For the first couple of weeks, it was great. But now the strap that goes around his middle comes undone with just the slightest amount of pressure. I pull up on it and pull it sideways before we go out to make sure it's secure. But it still comes undone after he's been wearing it for a while. Tonight, it got snagged on a bush and opened. Fortunately, the strap that goes around his neck is tight enough that he can't get out of the harness. But it's still scary, and I'll be adding it to my growing collection of rejected harnesses and leashes. It's probably fine if you're just taking your cat out in your yard. But I wouldn't trust it for real outdoor adventures.

Keeps e-collar on!
I ordered this hoping that I could thread it through my cats e-collar to keep it on her. It worked perfectly! She can't get the collar off and it doesn't have to be as tight. The quality and construction seem good. I haven't tried the glow in the dark part yet, the kitty is staying in a dark room for now. I'm very happy with this purchase. It arrived in 2 days as promised.

Very adjustable
The media could not be loaded. Got this one because other brands didn’t have small enough neck adjustment. Works pretty well, as you can see in video the legs are free to move naturally. (I thought cats walked funny in the videos of the jacket style). My other two cats are very slim and it’s hard to give them enough food since this guy is such a piggy. I thought taking him into back yard to explore would be a little more exercise than he would otherwise get. The only drawback is that I need a longer leash so he can race around if he wants to. Will be picking up a retractable leash. The harness is at its loosest setting 18” at chest and neck adjusts to fit his 10” neck. I added a length of elastic to leash so when he moves too fast for me it’s a softer restraint than a hard jolt when comes to the end of leash.

NOT ESCAPE PROOF, my cat is gone
My cat had his leg amputated and he wasn’t allowed to go outside by himself anymore. He can’t stand being inside so I started looking into different leashes. I picked this one specifically because of ESCAPE PROOF feature which is advertised in the title and the description. I took him outside and it was fine for 5 minutes until he got scared by a passing car and pulled on the leash trying to escape. Just one second of pulling and the plastic buckle on the collar opened itself, he slided through the mid body strap and was gone. I tightened it and triple checked the buckles, everything was good before we went outside! I tried to unclasp it with my hands and here is the thing. If you just try to pull it apart, it stays put. But if you turn it a certain angle (exactly the angle one scared cat pulls on it to escape), it opens up immediately. I feel like it’s too smooth to resist accidental unclasping. I hope my tripawed cat comes back. Please beware and do not buy this if you want to keep your pet. Shame on whoever advertises it this way!!!

Beautiful, stars glow in the dark, very nice!
I love the length of the leash, it's 54 inches plus the clip which is better than most. This fits my adult 10lb cat and is still able to expand if she gets more chonky, lol. She is comfortable in it, but we did harness-train her when she was a kitten. I think that's important, it's much harder for an adult cat to get used to new things. Not impossible though, just takes a lot more patience in training. This harness and leash set is very pretty on my cat! And the stars and moons really do glow in the dark. I can even see a bit of glow if she comes inside during the day after exposure to sunlight. Love this set! I would buy it again. Probably won't need to since it seems well-made and sturdy. My cat pulls, too, and it stays secure.

Good size
It’s a good set BUT I have to say I disagree with the seller stating it’s escape proof. No harness is completely escape proof if the cat wants to get out of it. It’s good as long as you remember that!
