I just wash in warm water and air dry

Please can you tell me the height of this if built as a tunnel thanks

Variable-I have 3 this size for my tortoise. 2 for bridges/ramps, the other as cave/tunnel which I have set at approximately H55xW165mm. Widening would lower the height and vice-versa. Depends what species you need it for but hope this gives you a rough idea-stated as medium, it is quite a small stix compared to the large size one.
