Design, Quality, and Portability - Who could ask for more?
The speaker looks and feels well made. It plugs into your audio device (cell phone, tablet, or whatever) and produces a sizable increase in volume. The volume level is controlled by the audio device being used and is loud enough for small groups or listening to in running vehicles with excessive ambient noise. It has a nonremovable rechargeable battery and is recharged via a standard "non-iPhone" cell-phone USB cable. The cable that accompanies the speaker is only about 10 inches long, which should be long enough if you are plugging it into a laptop or desktop for recharging. If you need a longer cable, simply use the one you recharge your phone with. The speaker is switched on and off via a button on the rear-center of the speaker. When it is on, there is a tiny blue indicator light inside the black mesh surrounding the button. If it turns red, the speaker needs to be recharged. While recharging, it is best to turn off the speaker. While recharging, the indicator light will stay red until it is fully charged, at which time it will turn off. (There are actually two separate lights for this function - one blue and one red) This external speaker is a good value for the money. Although it is completely functional and well made, some people may feel it looks strange plugged into a cell-phone because of its size. If you need a "comfort-device" in public and require something more stylish, you probably already have an audio device that doesn't need a personal extension speaker anyway. I have been extremely pleased with mine. You won't be disappointed.

Great and Easy Speaker
Shockingly useful little speaker with really easy plug-and-play setup. Use it with my PC and my Switch 2 and it works totally fine with both. The audio is super clear and not overly loud or tinny, which is nice. Just make sure you don't turn it on until AFTER it's plugged in to avoid horrible screeching/scratching noises lol.

Excellent inexpensive way to add volume to HP Elitebook (and other devices!)
The speakers in my HP elitebook combination small laptop/Tablet device are very weak by design. Small and "edge/bottom fired. Needed audio boost for my device, but didn't want anything huge, and I was not concerned with having "stereo" as much as just being able to hear audiobooks, audio editing, etc. This little speaker was designed to even if the audio jack is on a very thin device that sits on a table, it's likely to fit into the jack and not cause an issue with how the device sits. I had concerns, but it worked beautifully. Users would not want any weight to be on the speaker itself or risk breaking both the jack in the device and the plug built onto the speaker. This speaker fit fine even though the jack is in the bottom half of the small laptop's body. (see picture.) Also tried on my LG-v20 phone. Lends much volume. Audio-wise it's not exceptionally wide ranged due to it's size, but..if you want crisp, distinct audio for audiobooks, or you don't mind mono sound from a decent speaker that exceeds what a teeny-tiny built-in speakers do, this seems fine. Cannot address run-time yet, but it did charge quickly for it's initial "top off." It definitely lends plenty of volume for near-device listening. Build is average to good, and if cared-for should be fine for quite some time.

How is this "good quality sound"
Look, I wasn't expecting a Bose quality speakers. I was expecting a possibly muffled, no bass sound since the price is very affordable. However, the static fuzz coming from the speaker is so loud it over powers what I want to be listening to. This isn't acceptable quality whatsoever. I'm actually making the listening experience worse. I tried to deal with it, I tried using an extension cord thinking maybe it was a connection issue but still, loud static as soon as I hit play, even if nothing is happening on screen. I'm not sure if I was sent a defective device or if this is the standard but if it's the latter DON'T BUY imo. At least from what I'm experiencing atm.

PERFECT!
This is just what I needed. My second monitor for my setup has never worked playing sound and I was tired of using headphones so I got this speaker with the jack extended to plug directly into my monitor so I can hear my second monitor when I use it to play on my switch. At first I fiddled with trying to figure out how to turn the sound down as you can't do so on the actual speaker but I'm playing minecraft and you can turn it down in the settings of the game, I'm sure it will be the same for other games. Exactly what I needed! The sound is perfect, for such a cheap little speaker I was pleasently surprised. Highly reccomend!

Needs constant charging
I use it for about an hour a day and then it shuts down. For occasional use, it's fine. But if you need it all day, it won't last that long. It's a decent price as long as you can recharge as needed. Sound is good until you reach the max and then it gets tinny. Fits android and comes with a small charging cord. It fits usb-micro.
