VTech Myla The Magical Unicorn, Multicolor

I’ve read several mixed reviews but my daughter is IN LOVE with this unicorn! I ordered the retail version and I’m impressed by the quality here’s the pros and cons: Pros: 1. She is super interactive. She blinks, lights up in several different colors, has different settings, and even turns her head! 2. If your child loves unicorns, this will be a hit! Cons: 1. Sometimes the wand takes too long to change colors. Thankfully my daughter is a little patient and doesn’t mind (4yr old). I say this is a nice little gift. I got this for Christmas along with a lot of other things and my daughter still played with her for quite a while. Not sure how long this will be a toy in the daily rotation since it’s repetitive but hopefully it’ll keep her interested for a while.

This unicorn was a big hit for about 2 days. It is really cool that you can change the colors of the eyes and wings "magically" with the wand, but other than that, it doesn't do much and gets kinda boring after a while. It wasn't worth the amount of money spent, but it is really neat.

One of my girls is 7 years old. She loves this unicorn! She asks to play with it all the time. It sings. It says encouraging things if you rub its back. And it does other things as well, like lights up and you can change the colors of the horn and wings and eyes. I don’t like spending money but I think this is a great value after seeing how my girl plays with it so much!

It’s a great idea, I just wish it were easier to manipulate the wand, the batteries pop out and I have to constantly unscrew the back and push the batteries back in. It is also difficult for young children to use the wand, its not as simple as a tap, they have to actually push the tip of the wand down on the color until it picks it up and again onto the unicorn without turning the wand off. It’s kind of annoying and gets exhausting. It is beautiful and good for hand eye coordination and challenges a child to think carefully but quickly.

Not worth the money. The color pallet doesn't work very well (the wand has to be in the perfect spot, straight up and down for it to pick up the color) which is frustrating for a 5 year old. This toy really isn't for kids older than 5, I think they would be bored, so the fact that the wand placement is important is annoying. It quit working after 2 weeks, the toy just kept repeating itself even after being mostly off. Not very good quality.

My granddaughters 8yrs old and 2 yrs old love these Unicorns! I purchased them for my granddaughters for Christmas, and upon opening this gift, both girls were over the moon happy to receive this gift. This Unicorn is perfect size not to small and not to large for the 2 yr old the tote around, and comfortably play with. In our area, in the central US, the Unicorn was one of the most asked for / wanted gifts for girls 2-10 yrs old, this year for Christmas. This Unicorn is interactive making it a learning toy.

Fun and cute and easy to play durable

Our daughter was very happy on her 4th birthday when she opened this gift. She plays with it daily and enjoys showing her baby sister how to use it too.

Excelente! Se necesita saber Ingles porque en ese idioma viene el instructivo, de ahí en fuera es un juguete muy divertido! Tiene 5 modalidades de juego y es lindisimo!!! Fue regalo para mi hija de 4 años y no ha parado de jugar con myla
